The lack of humans and only machines for a welcome, absolutely awful . I had somewhere to be early than originally planned. There was no way to communicated that information and I arrived 45 minutes prior to my appointment to try to get in for blood work earlier. I had to wait the 45 minutes until my appointment. My first and last visit to Quest. Back to Intercoastal Medical, where you are greeted by people, not machines. The way healthcare should be!

I have been using this Quest location at Shade and University for years, and even tho there busy they go the extra mile to get you in at your appointment time and there always King Gentle and very professional..Even when I need to bring my child with me there really sweet and accommodating..😊

Awful people and awful practices. Nobody was even here for my scheduled appointment. The office was closed.

2 hours before my scheduled appointment I got an email saying it was canceled due to maintenance. How horrible.

Absolutely phenomenal! I went for routine bloodwork and had Mimi as my technician. She was very professional, kind, and efficient. I'm usually a very hard stick and she was able to get my vein on the first try. I will definitely return to this location because they have such great staff here. My visit was on time and very quick, which is incredibly convenient. 10 out of 10 stars, especially for Mimi 👍🏻

arrived 4:10 to give a time-sensitive sample so i could get results for the pain im in. they had already locked the door to be done for the day even though they closed at 4:30. i knocked on the door til someone came in and they told me they’re closed and to come back tomorrow. i’m so upset.

Been coming here for over 10 years...this year worse set up if you have an appointment and walk-in early and check in you are ignored for hours..who set this up??? if there only was option for no stars.

Fast (if you have an appointment) efficient friendly staff. But the waiting room is very impersonal with only kiosks to check in for your appointment and they scan your ID and Insurance front and back. Personally I feel like it's less of a security risk when a human being does this job but this is quickly becoming the world we live in. Companies cutting costs by replacing jobs with robots but the cost of service does not go down as well.

Came to this location to have a Lab Test done with an appointment. There was another test pending in my account. I asked if I could have both done I was told I could. They request copay for the first test. I complied. Then they request payment for the second test. It was above my budget and I requested to cancel the second lab test. I was told by the technician it could not be canceled. I requested a supervisor to verify it could not be cancelled. The technitian replied she knew what to do. She would bill me and that I HAD to have the test done, then she added that if I did not agree to have both test done I had to come back another day and make another appointment. When I refused to have both test done, she finally called a supervisor who easily cancelled it. Real emphasis in customer service!! and then you wonder why people are frustrated with the Corporate Healthcare System.
