I would give 0 stars if I could. Employee entered the wrong lab order and Quest has been refusing to correct my bill for hundreds of dollars for over a year. My doctor even reached out to them with the correct lab and they are refusing to correct it. When I talk to them on the phone all they say is "we can't change the order." How convenient. They are violating my Right to Accurate Billing, Right to Have Errors Corrected, Right to Appeal, and Florida’s Patient Rights & Consumer Protection laws. I've been left with no other option than to report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the FL attorney general’s office, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Do NOT use Quest Diagnostics. I highly advise against them as they don't care about their patients whatsoever. You will pay the price for their incompetence.

Going in on a Saturday an hour and a half before close as a walk in and assured you will be seen in 30 mins, only to be told 10 mins before closing that you WONT be seen is absolutely ridiculous. Get your ish together. We could have gone somewhere else!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this medical office. The blood draw was done roughly, and the tourniquet was applied too tightly, causing discomfort. When I asked where I could access my test results, the staff member said she didn’t know. Additionally, I was told that I needed to pay for the tests on the spot, even though my insurance covers them. The overall professionalism was lacking, and the appearance of the staff member was unhygienic. This level of service does not meet the standards one would expect in a medical setting.

Arrived 25 minutes early and text link would not let me check in. Finally checked in at appointment time and there were 3 people with the same time ahead of me. Then waited 30 minutes to be called. Why even have an appointment system if it means nothing, worse than a doctors office.

One of the very worst experiences I have ever had in the healthcare space. “Automated” patient check-in was a total fail leading to a missed appointment and another day spent online and on the phone trying to reschedule. Once I was seen, a simple 1 tube blood draw resulted in a needle injury that lasted for a full week. My veins don’t roll and I’m in the gym 3 days a week; a toddler could drawn my sample.

Recently in need of a simple blood test I first visited Lab Corp. Two different locations near me were not impressive; difficult to find anyone to speak with. I then went to Quest on Cattlemen Rd as a walk in. The office was bright, clean and efficient. The check-in is all electronic and I was given an appointment for 45 minutes later (just enough time to visit Home Depot). I was taken in at precisely the appointed time and my lab tech "Dayana" was wonderful! In and out in 20 minutes, so can't say enough good about Quest Diagnostics, at least for this location.

My nerve was hit instead of my vein. My entire arm went numb and is still in pain 3 days later. Poorly trained phlebotomists, I get blood draw routinely and this never happened to me until I came here.
