Quest diagnostic made appt on computer and wasn't there Then there's no customer service from web service or phone So made a appt at 6:40 so now I sit for an hour Guess I need to find another company The people at lab were nice

Made appointment using automated phone system and arrived on time. I entered my drivers license and insurance card into the express kiosk and was taken back as soon as I sat down.The tech was polite and efficient. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.One suggestion for improving the experience; (when getting your confirmation number when you use the automated phone system to book your appointment)would be to have them text it to you because I had nothing to write it down with. Fortunately, I didn’t need it but if I had needed to reschedule my luck would be out. They won’t let you reschedule without it so it could’ve been a problem.

Awful awful awful, the appointment scheduling doesn't work, the automated system will tell you it made your appointment but when you show up you won't be in the system and have to manually check in and wait. There are no human beings working at the check in to even help you resolve any issue. This business should be completely shut down it's terrible.

Lisa was absolutely fantastic!!. Always happy to go here to have my blood taken. Didn’t even feel the needle!!! Most of the bad reviews here are to do with the check in process (normally where people don’t have their info) and not the staff. Quest should put a highlight on customer satisfaction and not rushing people in and out, that’s what people remember when they go to a blood clinic. The Staff are great! But It’s a shame a few of the other staff left who were great too. If Quest don’t retain the good staff a place can go downhill very quickly. Think of the bigger picture Quest and make the check in simpler for people who may struggle with technology.

I had an appointment and they were under staff and backed up and that’s totally understandable but when I get there I check in and wait than I go back in and they say I don’t have an appointment and yelled at me when I was trying to show them I made an appointment a week out and the lady just was saying no were busy can’t help you and just being so rude. I waited 2 hours to see them and then for them to say can’t help you. WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE!!!

Absolutely horrible. Waited an hour and they wouldn’t draw my blood bc they wouldn’t accept my doctors electronic signature. My doctors office then faxed them and they claim they didn’t receive the fax. Total incompetence.

This place is absolutely hell on earth. They shouldn’t be taking as many apts with their staff amount. Absolutely no one on earth can follow all the false instructions for signing in. don’t waste your time..literally go anywhere else

Checked in at kiosk because no live person to talk to given 2 choices have name called out in waiting room or get a text i opted for text since waiting room was completely full not one open chair after waiting 45 minutes past appointment with no text i asked a worker that opened door to call out a name about my appointment she said that my name name was already called and I would have to wait as I was explaining i choose for a text she put her finger up to her lips made a shhh sound and closed the door in my face once inside they couldn't find my doctors workor6der I later found out my doctors office misspelled one letter in middle of my last name dont think much effort was put into finding that workorder every where I ever worked you do a search similar names will pop up maybe they are not to blame for not seeing workorder but the loud rude person that talked to me her actions are inexcusable and I couldn't get her name because like I said I was cut off from talking and door shut in my face worst service anywhere ever in my entire life she needs to be in the waiting room at the unemployment office

Wait time for stand by is ridiculous. In the span of over an hour and a half they only saw two stand by's And that's only because they made a fuzz. They need to to better in mixing in a stand by more often so they are not waiting ove and hour and a half to see one stand by.

This place is a total nightmare. Appointment or no appointment they always run behind - as recently as 90 minutes last week. I get it that you are short staffed, pay more or do whatever to hire people- other Quest labs don't have issues like this. Most importantly, no patient needs to hear your staff bellowing in the lobby how busy it is and how no walk ins will be seen. If you are appointment only post that on your door and on your website. At what point does patient care fall to poor business operations and rude staff become acceptable? I live a few miles away and will continue to drive 30 minutes away to a Quest Lab that is professionally run and that cares for patients - people that pay you to keep your lights on and that thing called your salary.

Quest appointment system is a Hot Mess, I made an appointment on line and when I arrived NOTHING ! Had to use a kiosk at the lab to make another appointment.Their phone automated system just as bad !

I was expecting not nice expensive as I saw reviews before. But everything was good. Staff attended and helpful.One thing if you need to take two appointment for yourself and some one else, use 2 different phone numbers. Because when we came they could take just my mother (we came together and I schedule appointments for both of us from the same number).But staff understood situation and helped us.

Great Quest location! I’ve been to another one but this one was nicer. I love the computer check in process. I’m a difficult person for most places cause I faint with needles and blood, and they were totally accommodating with me! They brought me to a reclining chair and let me stay and relax until I wasn’t feeling lightheaded anymore. If you are a fainter or get queasy like me, this is a great place to go for your tests!

Daren was such a lovely and compassionate person! I am a huge baby about getting my blood drawn and he made it very smooth and easy...almost tranquil! He is a true wonder!

Probably the dumbest phone call that I've had to make in a long time. The voice chat did not seem to understand a word that I said and was completely useless at doing anything. The replacement of actual people in phone calls has become a major problem for not just Quest Diagnostics, but many companies as a whole.
