I was hearing a strange noise while driving and was worried it might be my transmission. I stopped by Ralph's Transmission, and they were kind enough to do a quick check for me. They quickly identified the issue and assured me it wasn't my transmission, saving me unnecessary worry and expense.
The shop was very clean and organized, and everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. My son recently had his transmission replaced here, and he also had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Had my drive shaft grenade on me. Called up the guy I normally go to who normally “takes care” of me, and told me he’s two weeks out. Called up Ralph’s transmissions. They fit me in the very next day, and had BOTH U-Joints in my drive shaft, replaced, fixed, and re-installed in less than 2 hours of them being open. Steven made it happen. AND they were one of the most reasonably priced places I called. shout out them! They’ll take care of you. Sending people here from now on

Fortunate to have had my transmission serviced here. Steve is very honest about schedule and time frame for repairs. Amy in the office is a gem. I will recommend Ralph's when ever someone I know needs help with their transmission.

Transmission went out in our 2014 GMC Z71. Bad timing as Hurricane Milton was headed our way. Ralph's got the new Transmission in AND installed it the day before Milton made landfall (at a reasonable price Imight add), enabling us to evacuate and shelter with family just in time. The newly installed Transmission gave us no problem, even driving through some deep water to evacuate AND return 3 days later (we could still see the yellow line). WE CAN'T THANK THE STAFF ENOUGH, Pray you all are safe in the wake of Milton.

I don’t know what took me so long to finally review Ralph’s Transmission BUT I am here now. Steve did a fantastic job on my 2000 323i that needed a new clutch and flywheel. I had the work done in 2020 (keep reading for a more recent interaction) and it was not the first time he has done work on a car for me.
He went above and beyond during a really rough time (I inherited the car from my uncle and it was a really stressful time. Ahhhh, that’s why it took me so long to get around to my review). My transmission is smooth and still holding up (as it should be) four years later.
I recently had to call them to get the repair record for insurance reasons. I had every single service/repair record back to 2000…except this one for some reason. And Amy was ON IT. She got it for me right away. Thank you!
I also took my 2001 VW Wolfsburg to them around probably 2006? I might be off a little bit here. But once again, they did a fantastic job! I believe Steve’s father Ralph (namesake) was still working and he took great care of my car. And I was a broke college student at the time!
If you need transmission work done you can trust Steve and Amy. They do excellent work and are solid good people.

After talking to and bringing my truck to Ralphs, I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his wife at Ralph's transmission. From the first call to the final transaction, they answered all of my calls and questions with kindness and compassion. They were able to diagnose the issue more accurately than other shops and, in turn, saved me thousands of dollars. Thanks to them my truck is back on the road and ready for more adventures. I HIGHLY recommend Ralphs transmission if you are looking for an honest, compassionate, and competent mechanic.

Steve is awesome 😎👍 He was honest about the process of what needed to be done to fix my car and just about spot on with the price. In fact, he finished the needed repairs/replacement sooner than initially quoted! I'd recommend Ralph's in a heartbeat.

Very nice guys! Steve checked my Transmission fluid to see if I had any water in it on my BMW and he was only going to charge $25 to put it up on the lift and check and after he was done and confirmed there was no water in it he handed me the keys and said"No charge today" Defiantly going back there and recommending it to anyone who wants good customer service and to not get ripped off or scammed like most shops
