I've been a Regions customer for over 10 years, and I'm delighted with their services. They hire smart and friendly employees who are always there to help you out in special situations. After having accounts with Bank of America and Chase - Regions is a breath of fresh air! They don't bombard you with texts, emails, or junk mail. They have a Customer Service number that's very efficient. You don't have to explain things twice. I've just switched over to their new location on Tamiami Trail at the front of the Barnes & Noble's strip center because it's closer to home. I've received the same excellent service as well. If you don't like your bank - this is the one to try. They've made banking so easy for me. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service, I waited 4 months for them to send my secure credit card after losing my wallet. They still haven't sent it, so I called them and they told me they didn't have any information on that. I closed the account because I needed the money and they tell me it takes 60 days to get the money back. So after 6 months I will be able to use the money I put in the bank. I asked them where the money is and they said in my account although it reads 0. I Looked up filings with the SEC and there has been a ton of criminal activity from regions bank, embezzlement, making false ppp loans. This place is a scam. If i didn't put money in the bank and over-drafted for 6 months they would be hitting me with every fee in the book. I would recommend looking them up at the security exchange commission. Corruption is everywhere in this bank

After being a client of several other banks in Sarasota, I must say that this branch of Regions is by far the best. First, they are friendly, accommodative and dependable. Recently, I had a complicated situation trying to redeem Treasury bonds from the 1990's. Erin and Skyler could not have been more helpful. Erin looked up the Fed guidelines for compliance and Skyler provided the proper medallion for submission. What I like about Regions is: 1) ease of mailing-in or dropping-off deposits in the overnight shoot, 2) accuracy, 3) online banking platform is easy to use, 4) no hidden fess, 5) no soliciting for additional business, and 5) they answer the phone by the second ring! This is a terrific bank who isn't constantly sending emails and mail about special offers. I'm so glad I found them after dealing with larger banks that do not provide this level of service. Highly recommend!
