I read some of the reviews and I am sorry for your experiences but let me say I been doing Banking with Regions now for about 2 years or more and I have never had a problem of any source the people on Cattlemen Rd bank are the most pleasant understanding kind people I have been to 2other banks,plus a credit union and they don’t compare to the ones at Regions Bank I personally will NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE THEY ARE SUPERIOR.

If you sending or receiving money via Western Union, find other place. At this location they don't know what Western Union is.

Horrible horrible wait time. Over an hour to open an account? Really ? Ava and the teller in training had good customer service but everything else leaves a lot to be desired.

Had an issue with my account and was told by a branch representative that they would take care of it. Well, they didn't and because of this my account was closed. I emailed and called the branch manager multiple times - no response. And because of the hold that was placed on my account, all of my bills that were set up on auto-pay were returned. I've incurred a multitude of fees because this bank didn't follow through with what they told me. Really what I needed at 8 months pregnant, Thanks Regions. Worst bank ever.

So much for personalized banking. Regions refuses to post their phone number ANYWHERE.... I don't need to speak to a customer service representative, I need to speak with somebody AT the actual bank. Apparently making me wait 15 minutes to speak with the headquarters is the only way to speak with someone at the actual bank. This is ridiculous. I could drive there faster.

Unbelievably slow service both in the drive though, and inside. They are extremely understaffed, with the tellers dealing with customers inside, and also having to attend to the line up in the drive through. Hardly anyone working in the offices there. Think this bank may be ready to close down.....

Local small business owner and former banker - Regions has treated me very well for both business and personal banking. If looking for a bank with lots of local and regional branches but don't want one of the mega banks (I wouldn't) then I highly recommend Regions.

Deposited money using the atm at the branch, atm said error and to the contact branch. My money was not deposited into my account. Following morning i went to bank and sumbitted a claim. A week later they said they counted the atm down and atm was correct. Closed my account the next.

Closes drive through lanes before closing hours, then make comments about how the door should have been locked and you not aloud in because they are closed even tho it's 5 min before their posted time and argue that my phones internet time is wrong and request I leave. Not what I expect when I pay to bank with them and never had this issue at any other banches!

Slowest service ever. Lots of people working but not helping customers. Staff is unfriendly. Hate that this is the closest location to my work.
