This is one terrific bank. Usually there's no wait, and the employees and managers are delightful. I've been going to their branch on Stickney Pt. Road for over 10 years and never had a problem. The only reason I switched to the new location is because they're 5 minutes away. I'm a big fan of Regions Bank after having all sorts of problems with Bank of America and Chase. The best thing is - they don't make stupid mistakes; there's an 800 Customer Service number with friendly employees who answer the phone quickly; they don't bombard you with texts, emails and junk mail. This bank has always been there for me when I needed special services, and they're more than happy to help out. I highly recommend them and will never change banks again!

The "manager" who was on Saturday 7/ 1st does not know about the procedures, additional did not allow me to help my wife to translate (she does not speak 100% English) he had the worst attitude, the bankers should teach him about customer service, and above all about the internal processes (change of identification document)

I received a flyer in the mail, late of course due to USPS, and called and they said they wouldn't honor their promotion. It was 1 business date past expiration. Don't believe I would trust them with my money, don't seem too accomadating.

When my wallet (with everything important, including my bank card) was stolen, I knew this branch (Glengary Shoppes) makes new cards for customers. At first, they wouldn't make a new card for me. I was waiting for my new "expedited" card in the mail, which was taking longer than promised. In the meantime, I had to drive 20 minutes to the first branch at Tuttle & University Parkway. There, I got help & support from the wonderful manager of the Tuttle branch who found a way to verify my identity so I could get my card made at theGlengary branch. I called & told them I'd visit them for a newly made card. Adam helped me when I arrived, & Kevin answered my questions. Without any problems, he made my new card & answered more questions. I was very pleased with his help producing my new card. I gave them 4 stars only because they could've made me a new card in the first beginning. But I'm SO HAPPY with having a new card! No more long trips!

Kevin is unprofessional, very rude and arrogant. Never recommending this bank !!!!!!!!!! I ask the bank to fire him immediately. Kevin is treating the customers in very rude and impolite way, the worst customer service ever. Kevin is unwilling to help customers, making insulting and frustrating questions to very respected customers of this bank. His customer service is the worst ever. Never recommending this bank to anyone!!!!!!

There is absolutely nothing LOCAL about Regions Bank. Those who work here can only, "put a ticket in" when there is the slightest bit of a problem and the employees are not allowed to think outside the box to solve situations. I know it's not their fault - it's the powers to be above! Regions Bank nickels & dimes their clients for every little transaction. They hold your money longer, much longer (!), than the big banks do. I was promised a song and dance when I signed up. Now I'm just sitting on the side waiting to be taken advantage of again and again by customer service who never gets back to me on the telephone. Unfortunately, it's extremely frustrating and not worth the monthly charges. Or headaches. I should have never left CHASE Bank. Silly me.
