The lack of any contact or service during the period of our sale was disappointing. Every time a problem or question arose, the agent asked us to find the information that was readily available to any realtor. We gave the original lead to the realtor. The 6% commission fee was not justly earned. In addition, no one from your agency contacted us with any moving or storage advice or suggestions.

Roger and his team recently sold our property on Manasota Key. Through-out the process our transaction was handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. What sets Roger, Shaun and the rest of the team apart is their humanity and absolute commitment to you as a client. Selling your home (and closing quickly) is incredibly stressful and Roger & Shaun did everything within their power to make it as stress free as possible and to do so with humor and grace. There was never a moment in the process that we felt like they did not have our absolute best interests at heart. Difficult conversations were handled honestly & objectively, advice/opinions offered but we always felt that whatever decision we made would be supported even if was not the course of action that was being recommended. Great realtors and even better humans. We highly recommend them!

Roger is a rock star. He’s number one for a reason. He has an easy manner and is extremely accommodating. He does so many deals that he knows the market intuitively, pricing, availability - community by community. He helps on all aspects of a deal whether it’s purchase or sale - who to call to fix things up, set things up. It’s almost like one stop shopping. He and his team great!!!!!

Roger Pettingell sold me a condo at the Inn on The Beach, at the Longboat Key Club, 6 years ago. I recently asked him to sell the same condo for me, which he did. Roger and his entire Team were wonderful to work with---awesome, really---and made the whole experience quite a pleasurable one. Roger is a true professional. If I could give him 10 stars instead of 5, I truly would!!!

Roger is the perfect example of “success builds success” his years as the top producing realtor in the area mean that having his name on your listing automatically gets the attention of all other realtors in the area and attracts the high potential buyers. These years of success have also allowed him to build a very strong team of people around ( marketers/photographers/administrators) to make the whole process very professional and efficient.

Roger sold two properties that my husband and I owned in LBK a few years ago and did a great job for us. The sale of my home was a very organized and smooth transaction with Roger Pettingell and his team involved. They had multiple items organized for the buyer to insure the closing would occur.
