I love yoga at this place! Everyone here is so kind and Meredith is an awesome teacher!!The new location is fantastic and they offer free classes on the weekends.

Best in sarasota!! You won't find teachers like this at many other studios. You not only get an asana practice, but often little lessons on anatomy or yoga philosophy are integrated to make the practice truly unique and beautiful. Highly recommend!
