Highest quality work I’ve received. Not only did they handle my repair quickly, they saw some things coming down the road. They didn’t pressure me to fix it then, just said this repair is coming down the road. I opted to fix it then because it made sense financially but I was grateful they weren’t pushing the repair on me.

Update - First time having my car completely serviced outside the dealership. No comparison - much more fair & reasonable. Will continue to have my car serviced here. Highly recommended - 5 stars & A+.

Talk about 5 star service. The owners are super professional and offer service well beyond even dealership. Even better, the owners are the ones with their hands working on your car. P.S. I didn't know these folks 3 days ago and felt so comfortable leaving my car with them.

Professional experience with my glk350. The motor mounts and spark plugs and coil packs replaced with OEM REPLACEMENT. Running smoothly again. Update glk350 is running smoothly ? rwo months later still no problems after there service. Took my 2011 c300 for the steering wheel security malfunction, no start. They replaced the parts and have had no problem with it since. Bravo ?

I bought a used Mercedes Class C Sprinter I don't want to take to the dealership due to expired warranty and found this shop online. They performed a full inspection with an oil change and they were very informative with all my questions and super professional.Ariel from Bradenton, FL.

Simply put, what a great shop!! Anywhere we travel or move to, we make it a goal to support the local businesses. S & S Mercedes has been an absolute blessing. Jim runs the front part of the shop and he is definitely in his zone. I have taken both of my Mercedes to them for service and couldn’t be more pleased.
