I always love this store. I dye my hair at home and this time I wanted to go back to my natural color. I had half black half blue semi permanent, specifically the artic fox brand. I asked the employee what should I do to help get out the color. She told me to bleach it but she doesn’t know much about it. And so I did and the black turned pink and I bleached it a second time and the pink was still a hot pink. I tried some at home remedies, lemon juice and baking soda. Nothing was helping we called the store the next day to see what we could do to help it and it was the same lady saying “I don’t know much about it” we called a different location and the employee there said that bleaching it without stripping the color first made the color trapped into the follicles so that’s why the pink wasn’t coming out. She said to try a lighter/ water activated stripper. So overall that was my only bad experience I don’t know why someone would work at a beauty store not knowing anything about hair. My hair is now crunchy and falling out because I bleached it with the first employees recommendation.

Was there Wednesday afternoon and some over weight white girl that’s hadn’t brushed her hair said you did not sell hair glue remover. I asked her again so she could hear herself... I searched up the product shortly after I left and a product was in stock at the store. Once i called I was told it wasn’t avaible… From a hair store.

Customer service was just adequate. Older employee not very helpful. Doesn't seem like she likes her job.

I’ve been in before and the staff has been very helpful and nice. I went today and had a horrible interaction with Jazmine. She was rude, didn’t want to help, and if I had a question she answered it like I was stupid and had a disgusted look on her face. I had probably like 4 simple questions about hair color, each time trying to give her a chance to be nice and helpful. She would either walk away mumbling under her breath, or quite literally said ‘I don’t know anything about the hair color you’re asking about’. I went to pay my total which was $25. I handed her a 50 and she said she didn’t have change. I asked her if she could get change from the back since I didn’t have anything smaller and she said ‘I just told you we don’t have change in the back either that was the point of me just telling you I can’t take the $50’. I’ve never dealt with such rude customer service in my life. I told the manager and she apologized on her behalf. After asking to talk to the manager, the employee stormed off yelling ‘come talk to this girl I’m done with this place’. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I feel bad for the owners and don’t want this location to do poorly because of one HORRIBLE employee, Jazmine. I won’t be back as long as she’s working there with that horrible attitude.

Josie was the absolute sweetest person i’ve had the privilege of having an interaction with. She deserves a raise!! Not only was she super kind, but also helped me a lot with my color!! she was the best

I came in for a toner to fix my yellow-bleached hair. I showed the lady working what color I was hoping to achieve and instead she recommended me to bleach a second time. Because of her advice my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. She was straight up and helpful!

The last time I went into the store, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I returned to the store today and I asked for hair color to go lighter but apparently I didn’t use the right verbiage. The girl argued with me and said I told her I wanted to go darker. She tried to tell me that I needed to bleach my whole head. It was obvious that she really didn’t want to help me. Her tone was short with an attitude that I was bothering her. I’ll try another Sally’s location maybe, but I won’t return to this store.

If I could leave zero starts I would, I called in advance in search for a specific shampoo. I was assured that it was in stock and when I arrived, you guessed it, it was not. So I asked the woman at the desk if she had it and that I had called and she said she didn't know anything about it. I then politely asked for the manager to see if she had been the one I talked to in hopes of clarifying. I was immediately and rudely informed that she was the manager. I have never encountered such a rude person. WATCH OUT FOR THE MANAGER WITH THE GLASSES. (I believed her name was Shirley) Run, don't walk far away from this store.

There was a rude lady with glasses I believe her name was Shirley, gave horrible attitude when I came in for the product that another store had called ahead for. I will definitely not be shopping here again

The customer service is great and they're very knowledgeable. Good for when you need something ASAP. Unfortunately their selection is limited and prices are so high. If I can wait a day or two I prefer to order from Amazon. Sorry.
