maybe next time when someone buys a hair dye that needs a separate bottle of developer that isn’t in the box, inform that person, especially if it literally doesn’t say anything about developer on the bottle of dye. ?

I had scheduled a pick-up order for the Devil’s Ivy Good Dye Young hair dye since it was out of stock at their tamiami trail location, the girls at tamiami called this store and let me know they had this hair dye in stock. After some time passed after ordering, I went ahead and called the store and explained that my boyfriend would pick it up since the store was far from the house and close to his job. Despite me explaining that he had my wallet with the card attached to the order and state ID, and email confirmation, I was told he would just need to say my phone number to them. He gets off early, goes to the sally’s to surprise me that he got it earlier than expected, and they give him trouble. Despite having the email confirmation and state ID, they gave him a hassle and basically treated him like a criminal as if he was going to steal my order. Really unprofessional since I had called just 2 hours before, letting the girl on the phone know it would be him picking it up, not me.Go to the store on Tamiami trail, if you want better customer service. The girls there are really sweet.

Snobby customer service and they don’t know what they’re talking a lot. Should know about they’re products

I walked in here with my 12-yr-old son and will never go back. We walked in the door and looked to the right to see a lady at the counter reading. She was white, middle-aged, heavy set with brown hair. I stood there with my son patiently waiting for her to acknowledge us (I had a question for her). Mind you, there was no one in the store. After 2 or 3 minutes, she looked up and said..."what"? At that point, I decided I didn't want to continue with that treatment nor was I going to give her/Sally's my business. I'm sorry you are so unhappy but there's no need to take it out on your customers. If I wasn't with my son, I would have addressed your nasty behavior.

Josie (or Jodie?) was by far the most knowledgeable - and friendliest - Sally's employee I have ever come across in the decade that I have shopped there. She was in fact one of the most informed shop assistant anywhere ever. She was so thoroughly helpful and knew so much, she advised me and my sister and my niece on a variety of things. And best of all, when we got home and used the products they were all just perfect! She is a treasure and the reason we went back the next day, and will always go to that branch.

the portly adolescent with purple hair that works there would be better suited in a cubical behind a computer screen (because of her total lack of people/ listening skills), i have a feeling that is all she does in her spare time.... she doesn't know their products and is very passive/aggressive argumentitive.

Whoever the woman with the darker hair that’s older is so rude every single time I’ve gone in there. I’m in there because I need help and every question I had she made me feel like I was some kind of idiot; she corrected me constantly, as if I knew the proper terms for things and kind of laughed when I would say things. She needs to work on her kindness and customer service skills!

Female manager was rude and unwelcoming when I walked in last week. Very negative attitude. Definitely won’t be coming back. I’ll find another place that’s helpful, takes time to help me, and isn’t rude. Work on your customer service before running a business

I walked into the store and the woman at the register was yelling at a customer who could not understand English. This was such a stressful experience for an outsider I felt so bad for that poor customer. Whoever was working just now (December 15th at 10:20am) should reconsider how they treat people and I think the employer should reconsider having someone so obviously racist work for their establishment.

I strongly suggest finding someone who actually knows what they’re doing and not just hiring someone to stand behind a counter. You would really sell a lot more. The store is 3/4 hair dye and nobody in there could help match a color to my hair which honestly just takes rain pair of eyeballs.

Have been going to this Sally’s for years now. And my last two experiences were pretty awful. I had to run in yesterday and grab some supplies. And I had my young daughter with me. I was looking for color remover, and asked one of the associates (I feel that she might have been the manager) if they had any in stock. I was frazzled and said “Excuse me, do you have any Color Oops in stock?” And the associate just looked at me and stated “I have color REMOVER, not Color Oops??” I apologized, and said I meant remover. The associate then walked over and looked at my daughter who was standing next to me and she said “I need her to move so I can get past her.” My daughter (Who is 7, btw) said “Oh I’m sorry. I didn’t realize I was in the way.” The associate rolled her eyes and then just pointed to the Color Remover they had in stock and continued down the aisle. She continued to be rude through out the rest of our transaction. Speaking to me in a matter that indicated she thought I was stupid. I work in customer service myself, and absolutely understand being tired and understaffed and overworked. But, dear lord. I didn’t want to write a negative review, but felt it was needed.

I have visited Sally's company in many cities. The employees of this company are always respectful and speak in a more than wonderful way with customers, but in this branch of the company a tall woman works, on the contrary, she speaks in a dirty and disrespectful way. This is not what we are used to when forging the branches of Sally's company

Called the store to confirm a sale before I came in to shop. The woman on the phone sounded annoyed she was being so snobby and rude about it. I will be going to a different Sally’s to spend my money.

When up to the counter to pay they said both my credits and then my debit card would not go through. The cashier really could care less! She also was overcharging us! So I went to the other Sallys on Siesta that was helpful and cashier knew what she was doing!!! Finally associates that care!! Card went through no problem!
