A lady made me go all the way from the exit to customers service because the 2 Gatorades I bought, were 2 different flavors!!! They were the same product, sizes, count and PRICE . NEVER had a issue until now. 1:40-1:48pm 4/23/23 and the guy at customer service, kept saying "the Gatorade you didn't buy." Ok so why do I have 2 scanned Gatorade on my records on Scan And Go!! SMH absolutely ridiculous never spending money here again.

The tire department was EXCEPTIONAL getting our rentals tire fixed! They were quick, efficient, and soo wonderful to work with! Andrew went above and beyond to take care of our car and get our tire fixed in a timely manner! 10/10 recommend these guys!

I am so thankful to Georgio and the staff at Sam's Club Tire and Battery on Cattleman road. My house and business were badly damaged in Hurricane Ian and I was driving from the disaster zone to Tampa. There is debris everywhere, and on the interstate my tire went from full to damaged quickly. It was 6 p.m. and most tire stores were closed, or said they could look at it tomorrow. I haven't seen my family or power in days. I was able to get to this Sam's Club and Georgio hooked me up. I had a tire with a nail, and a tire with a bolt that went in "butt first", they dropped everything to help me and get me out the door in less than an hour. Without them, I would have been stuck in Sarasota, even more expense, and stress to my wife and kids. Georgio is an incredible asset to your store and I hope you treat him well, because he would not accept a tip being against company rules. A true professional in every sense of the word. Thankful for his service.

Huge selection , friendly staff and I can't say enough about the incredible prices ! Not a fan of the traffic in the area. Still trying to figure out what day and time is minimal , that doesn't stop me ☺️

On maps and on the door it says the food area closes at 7 when we got their at 6 they were closed that's ridiculous

The tire department needs more training and people skills, I got no real help when picking out tires when they came in I had to pull my car in the bar due to no one bl knowing how to drive a stick. After 1-11/2 hours waiting I get informed they cannot get my tires off run

Don't get your prescription eyeglasses from Sam's club! Poor quality and they don't honor their warranty! One of the lens is cracked within the warranty period oh and they wanted to charge me to replace both lenses because they don't deal with that manufacture anymore! I like the frame so I took them to someone else and was told they cracked because the lens was too big for the frame and I should take them back to Sam's Club for replacement!

Review is for Tire Center Prices are great for tires BUT they will not take the time to educate you on tires needed for your vehicle. There is no direct manager over seeing the technicians . They have a system to ensure the tires are tighten to the vehicles specifications BUT there is always room for human error. They didn't tighten my lug nuts on one tire and they were stripped . This could have ended in a very fatal way . I believe more management and quality assurance overhaul is needed.

I never ever go back there , this is not the company , this is the workers issue they just take sweet time they don’t take serious about customer
