This place really helped us when a national branded rental company down the street closed when we arrived to pick up our reserved rental. We were able to walk here and get a rental in 15 min and continue our trip. Luckily got reimbursed for the reserved rental too!

This gentleman restored my faith in people. He is kind, helpful, and so professional. Went above and beyond to get me the car I needed. Priceses were very reasonable, car was clean. If you choose another car rental place it is certainly your loss. Defiantly gets my 5 stars. Thank you for being there for people.

I will be using this company every time I come to visit Anna Maria Island. Ron was very accommodating and delivered exceptional customer service. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The prices are very reasonable, the cars are clean & newer models, and the bonus was Ron did not try to up sell things I didn’t need. I highly recommend renting from this establishment.

I have been renting from Sarasota Auto Rental for years. Ron is always pleasant and really helpful. His prices are great and I know my car will always be clean and smoke free. Best place to rent a car in Sarasota.

Worst place to get a car be careful he's going to accuse you of doing something to his car so he can charge you more money I'd rather pay the extra money for renting from Hertz or Enterprise that ever rent another car from him

Customer service is still alive and it lives here!!’ I rented a car here easiest car rental experience I have ever had. Quick and friendly gives you what you want , great car, great location, and no pressure to buy unneeded stuff. Highly recommend.

Ron saved my butt when hertz was being difficult. Gave me a clean car at a reasonable price while my car was being fixed. Throughout the process he was friendly and accommodating. Next time, I’ll come straight to him instead of messing with some apathetic franchise.
