I just had lost my cat of almost 19 years. We were treated so respectfully then 8 weeks almost my 11 year old dog had to be put down for cancer these people really care very sweet treated like they were their own very best place to go for the saddest time

What wonderful compassionate people. We had to say goodbye to the love of our life Bentley, last week. We were able to spend some time with him after his passing, so we brought him to the crematory ourselves.
They are so kind and personable. Just lovely understanding people. We got a beautiful wooden box with his remains.
