Tonya was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I think she profiled me when I walked in or something. I liked that this bank was small and local, but they treat me with very little respect. The one nice good banker they had, Vanessa isn’t at the location anymore. If you want a personal banking experience this probably isn’t the place for us anymore. Sad really. They seemed very nice at first.

The people that work at Seacoast are great. They aren't the problem. When you think of a bank, make sure you understand they won't really work with anybody but the WEALTHY. I tried to get a $160K home equity line of credit loan. I make $120K/year, no $0 debt, own a $425K home outright and figured those #s would make sense. They didn't even offer to loan me less. They were busting my balls about ridiculous crap like "You were 30 days late once on a Home Depot credit card payment, how do you explain this?". If my $425K home secures the $160K loan, what's the problem? I'm not rich, that's the problem. They offer nothing for the average person EXCEPT if you want to give them $ and have them "loan" it back to you....THEN "you can build your credit"!!! :) :) :)See how it works? I give YOU my $. You loan it back to me (with interest) and then I get to "build my credit" in your stupid, corrupt, BS system. It's utterly ridiculous.My Grandfather was good in the Great Depression because his money was in his mattress when all the banks collapsed. Probably not a terrible idea today either!

Vanessa and Sarah were very helpful today. I have been with Seacoast a long time and am thankful that there are now Sarasota locations.

Since switching our accounts to Seacoast, we have found excellent service, friendly, efficient and always on time, it was the best decision we made! Vanessa, Sarah and the whole stuff are always nice and helpful.
