“Since we just moved to Sarasota, we looked at quite a few storage facilities, but this one stood out because of the facility manager, Will. He went out of his way to show us around the facility, which is very clean and well lit. Will answered all of our questions and made the rental process easy and efficient. Would highly recommend.”

757 Apex Road, Sarasota FL 34240
“I had a great experience with Kelvin and the team at Extra Space Storage on Apex Road in Sarasota. Within 24 hours of renting my unit, I realized that I would be better off with an indoor, climate-controlled unit at another Extra Space Storage location. I had already moved a few boxes into the unit, so I fully expected the process of canceling and switching locations to be a headache. It was the complete opposite. Kelvin was incredibly nice, patient, and easy to work with. He helped me cancel the original unit, provided a full refund, and made it easy for me to get set up at the new location — all within the same 24 hours. What stood out to me most was how I was treated throughout the entire process. There was never any frustration or pressure, even though I was canceling a unit I had just rented. They simply wanted to help me find the option that worked best for what I needed. That kind of customer service goes a long way. It’s actually the reason I wanted to stay with Extra Space Storage at the new location rather than looking somewhere else. They’ll absolutely have my business again in the future because of how Kelvin and the team handled everything. Highly recommend this location for and a huge thank you to Kelvin for making the entire process so easy!”

5700 Anise Drive, Sarasota FL 34238
“I have had two storage unit rentals for the 1st time in my life's experience having to need storage help. One of the units I made a mistake misreading the email confirmation number and sent the movers to a wrong unit number that was occupied. My mover selected a nearby unit that was free, and when I learned of my error and contacted Andrew, he graciously made the appropriate changes to make my account and unit correct. I appreciated that he seamlessly fixed and corrected my account. Good customer service should always be acknowledged and appreciated. I would gladly recommend Extra Space Storage to my family and friends.”

“Public Storage recently purchased the Sarasota NSA facility on Beneva Road where I rented space. I was apprehensive as they wanted a digital transaction and I'm a face to face person. Fortunately for me the manager Robin stayed on and effortlessly steered me through the transition. If it wasn't for her I would have rented elsewhere. If I had a business I would poach her in a minute.”
