While receiving our furnishings, we requested and received photos of all items, answers on any possible problems noted in the photos, helpful coordination on touchups, etc.Michelle and team were patient and great to work with.The delivery went fantastically as well - the delivery team was professional, respectful and careful of the goods, moving quickly and efficiently and with a nice sense of humor. As it was a larger install, it ran over a bit on scheduled time, Trevor & the team were very kind about staying that evening to finish.We had some pieces at a different facility that didn't make it to the install, so Trevor picked them up himself the next day, installed everything, and generally stuck around until everything was complete.On the customer service & billing side, Lisa and Adele are lovely to work with - quick on followup and to ensure that we were fully taken care of.I have worked with several receiving warehouses over the years (good, bad and indifferent) - and recommend Design Services as one of the best I've worked with. “My landlord just had 2 pods delivered to my house. Raul was the delivery driver. He called 10 minutes ahead to make sure someone would be home. I told him yes and the. He said, “I’ll be there in about 10 minutes.” I thanked him and the. Hung up. Ten minutes later he arrived. Right on time! He parked in the road in front of my house, verified the order and asked where I’d like placement. He then offered a suggestion of what he thought would work best for the placement. I agreed and then he unloaded the 2 pods. After unloading, he brought over 2 locks to me and asked if I was familiar with how to use them. I told him I wasn’t quite sure, so he showed me and explained there were also 2 turn locks on each one. Raul then asked if there was anything else I needed after some polite conversation about how hot it was at this hour. He thanked me & told me to have a great day and then loaded the forklift back prior to leaving.”

I highly recommend you at least call or stop in. No company website yet, webmaster web design opportunity anyone? He asked me how to get a website started, I told him 1and1 hosting and then fiverr to advertise. But he would need yellowpages and other local listings to increase sales.”
