To whom it may concern: I was with my wife today in the afternoon, we usually go to the store every month and we make purchases frequently. In the last 3 occasions of our visit, the treatment has not been correct by some employees, shown indifferent or perhaps racist because we are Latino, we asked about the birthday gift and without even finishing the question they told us no, in addition to that bad treatment and unfriendly behavior, we live 9 minutes from the place and we spend a lot on that store to be treated that way, such a prestigious store with valuable products should improve that aspect, spending money to be treated badly is not correct

I have never written a bad review (minus not receiving a pizza one night that I ordered), I honestly hate complaining even when the service isn't the best because I do not like being negative and I don't want others to feel that way either. Yesterday was my first bad experience at Sephora at this location. I have always had great experiences with very helpful and friendly staff members there until yesterday. I was standing in line I noticed a staff member, I believe her name is Korina, was checking out customers via mobile checkout. I asked "Oh are you also doing mobile checkouts today?" not because I am trying to cut in line or anything. I've been in line before where they approach you and take you to a different location to do so, so all I was asking this question was so that I was aware if this was occurring today. She replied in a very rude manner that yes, but only for the people who have been waiting in line for a long time (not exact words) almost as if she thought I was trying to cut the line I was standing in. I just said "okay" and smiled as I kind of was shocked by the manner of her reply. She then proceeded to help several people in front of me. When it was time for me to be the next customer in line assisted, she walked around the store, basically avoiding helping me when I was there for several minutes waiting for a register. Eventually I was called up to the next register, once I was, she helped the people behind me. I don't mind waiting in line, but I shouldn't have been made to feel so bad about asking a question.

Wow! The customer service at this location is PHENOMENAL!!! We were so warmly greeted and assisted by Yohance immediately upon entering. After he helped me find what I came in for we continued to walk around the store and look at things and Chris came by and helped us by answering questions and making some really great recommendations. When we were finally ready to pay Adrianna was so helpful and kind. I want to give a special shout out to this staff! I wish I every business had such an amazing, kind and helpful team. It really makes such a huge difference!

Erin was absolutely AMAZING!! She was so knowledgeable about makeup and was able to match me perfectly with the type of foundation that I wanted! I couldn't ask for a better experience at this location!

Sydnee and Mikael were absolutely AMAZING! I am not a big make up person but Gosh they took care of me and I ended up purchasing a lot of stuffs! Hahah

Sephora in utc mall Sarasota I will never shop there again the place is dirty and the workers stand around and talk to themselves and wouldn’t help me. Half of them don’t even where makeup. I will would rather shop at blue mercury or Ulta.

I love the customer service. they are always on top of it. very nice people especially maggie! i'm dyslexic and i was having trouble counting my cash and she helped me out and made sure i felt welcome and not judged. thank you!!!

Pretty good, clean inside for employees there normally fine and some times really good, they may be rude or just overall mean some times but not usally

I would put 0 starts but I can't. This is the worst Sephora. They never have any of the products and that staff isn't helpful at all and no one is ever at the register. It's pretty shit

the girl with the upper neck tattoo was very rude and didn’t acknowledge me when i was checking out. She didn’t ask for my number before I paid so I asked if my points are going to be able to be on there. She was very unkind and more interested in talking to other employees.

Sephora has it All!Being a guy I was n lighting, layout design, and atmosphere ,t and it's very cool how it is all separated by brand. I also noticed a great range of prices and product fitting byôôôiiiiuiuiií

I had an excellent experience at Sephora in UTC on 7/3/23. Although the store was very busy, I received immediate help from Chris. Chris quickly searched for my item and although they were out of stock he advised it could be ordered and shipped to me. He also offered to give me a small sample to hold me over. After helping me I saw him quickly moving through the store to helping other customers. I could barely keep up with him to thank him.The cashier Kaitlyn was also very helpful and patient with my multi step transaction. I had to make a return and place an order to be shipped. She was friendly and focused on confirming the item I wanted and my shipping address were correct. As I mentioned the store was busy but she did not rush or become flustered. I also noticed the cashier next to her was very fast and efficient keeping up with the long checkout line that was building.I am usually a Mac customer but Sephora customer service, variety and free shipping is on point. The store is nice and clean. The staff is top tier!
