Went to get fuel at this station using shell app. Could not activate pump 30 with it. It kept saying pump is already in use. Cash register is far away from the pump and pump did not have a card reader so I left. Sad experience.

This place has a lunch counter where they serve fried chicken gizzards and livers. I always stop when I am close by.

I just realized that I wrote the review for the "deli" side and not the shell gas station. Oops. Here is my review: I Just stopped here for a propane fill and a quick drink. Andy, came out to help fill my propane tanks and found that one was leaking. I didn't know but suspected something was wrong because that tank didn't seem to last that long on my grill. He swapped the tank for me, filled my other tanks and just took care of me. He could have filled the tank and sent me on my way, but with a leaky valve I would have not gotten the full value for the propane I purchased. Andy was great. He saved me money and future frustration. I will stop here again for propane and other needs.

Every organization has suffered a loss in the "seamless delivery" of products and services but I would say it is least noticed at the TnT Shell on Palmer and Packinghouse in Sarasota. Every day you can still get the the best, hot, scratch-made biscuits and gravy, breakfast casserole and sandwiches. Not to mention the best fried chicken in town and have been for decades. For $6.99 you get a large breast, dark meat, two hot fresh sides like green beans or mashed and gravy and a roll or cornbread. The best chicken and still the best deal in town. Remove the skin from two breasts and dice or shred the best prepped chicken you can buy in Sarasota, rotisserie or otherwise. As always served by the friendliest, hardest-working staff in Sarasota since I started going there in the 1980's.But not on Sunday.

Good food in the deli but poor work ethic in the front. They didn't care about this customer so I guess I'll take my business somewhere else.

I did not get gas or go in the store. This is a review for the bathroom. For an outside access restroom it was meticulously clean. If u need a potty stop on your route, this is it!
