If I could give a negative score, I would. I was treated awful by the older man working the morning of Aug 2. He would not exchange the scratch offs I was trying to cash/get more with the winnings. Saying he just opened and "no cash". Then when I tried to purchase gas he asked me if I had "cash/money to pay for it." I am a female who works construction/painting and my work clothes can look a little rough sometimes. But to ask a customer if they have cash to pay for gas is ridiculous. I will never use this gas station again!!

Very disappointed that they apparently stopped the fuel rewards with no notification and no signs up! I've been cheated out of my rewards. Shell tends to be more expensive and have been a loyal customer but I guess this ends now.

I just signed up for a Shell gas card & so here to use for the 1st time. NOPE! “We don’t accept the Shell gas card here at this Shell station!” What?!?

My car ran out of gas along fruitville, I went across the street to this shell to refill my emergency can and my card had declined. Amongst the chaos a cashier named Rodger was extremely kind and courteous, he offered to pay a few bucks for the gas. Thankfully Apple Pay worked and he didn’t have to spend his own money but he continued to check in on me and my car during the whole event. He even helped me put gas into my car because I didn’t have a proper funnel. Extremely grateful he took the time to help me. I feel like any other person could’ve easily gone ‘that’s not my problem’, but he chose to help me, so thank you again Rodger I made it home safe thanks to you!

Shoe is soaked in gasoline because your already snail pace pumps don't stop pumping when the tank is full like every other gas pump in the world. Suddenly there's a gallon of gas on the floor and the pump won't stop.Middle eastern fella inside tells me it's not broken and stares at my shoe.Wonder how much gas has been wasted?

Wouldn’t let a little girl use the restroom, and LIE saying you “lost the key” after we just watched you LOCK the doors of the shop just so YOU could go use the restroom. Paying customer, purchased over $80 in gas and water and he told my 10 year old to her face she couldn’t use the bathroom. Karma sucks sir! Whoever owns this place, please do better and get this old man out. He’s really grumpy and there numerous complaints about him.

I feel sick for the owner here. My daughter was an innocent part of a scam where a Repeat offender plays the cashier against other Customers. Its a sophisticated scheme. This poor guy is inundated with this stuff. Please dont make them pay for scumbags who have capitalized off this scheme.

Pumps close at a certain time but no idea what time that is. Lights are on, pump takes card, pumps about .20 cents then just won't pump anymore. Would be helpful if there was a sign for pump hours or if the machine would just not take transactions. I purposely passed Racetrac to try out the new gas station and now I have to turn back around to get gas before going back out East.
