Shorline eBikes means QUALITYAfter a full year of research and test-riding most of the popular ebikes on the market, I ventured into Shoreline eBikes and came out a delighted customer. This shop, run by Isaac and Neve, offers only the highest-end product. I’m someone who gladly pays for quality, and the bike I now own consists of the best of everything. I thank Neve for her professionalism, instruction, patience, and graciousness. I highly recommend Shoreline eBikes. Don’t settle for anything less.

I’ve been riding bikes and commuting to work for around 7 years my first e bike that I used to commute back and forth to work was a giant quick E used it for 3 years daily driver put 16000 miles on it went through some chains and cassettes so I was in the market for an upgrade bike wanted something very nice with belt drive and other things I ended up looking at the riese and muller super charger I did a dealer search this store came up in Sarasota county okay bought a 12000 bike it was presented and sold to me with a 5 year warranty parts and labor okay great 2-1/2 years and 8000 miles later the bike stopped working brought it to the shop which has to be in the most inconvenient location for a bike shop I have ever seen or been to about a month later I called I never got called and updated i always had to call my bike was fixed I went to pick it up ness said they had 16 hours in it to fix it and that there was going to be a charge I asked how much she said 200 dollars I said for what she said the diagnostic fee i told her I was not going to pay a penny I have dealt with almost every bike shop in the area this is by far the worst bike buying experience very dishonest business practices nothing was put back properly the seat my aero bars the back wheel was even on crooked I’m like wow and she tried to rip me off 200 dollars I’ll never go back and will tell everyone I know and meet not to go there

I highly recommend Shoreline Ebikes if you want a quality Ebike suited to your specific needs. Neve was great to work with in getting the right bike for me. She spent a lot of time talking with me, sharing her knowledge and passion and assessing my needs before the sale. I ended up with a great bike that I love to ride. And if you’re on the fence about whether an ebike is worth it, I can attest that it has been great at opening up a vast area to ride and has gotten me in better shape quickly.

I researched for ebikes around Florida and I found this store on google. After calling and speaking to the sales person who showed me the bike options and descriptions, I decided that the long drive was worth it. Definitely the folks here pointed me in the right direction so i did my research of the brands they carry and all of them were high quality. I ended up buying a Riese & Muller and I couldn’t be happier with it, it’s been great for my commute. I also bought a lock and panniers from them and they are working well too.

I bought my first ebike without doing much if any research and while I enjoyed the functionality i did not like the issues it was having. For my second bike i got familiar with the different systems and classes of ebikes and the stores that are focused on high quality products. Shoreline carries a great selection of high quality ebikes that perform as expected much like your regular bike would. I’ve been really happy with my Gazelle ebike, now 3600 miles in its been nothing but daily enjoyment.

I picked up 2 One Wheel Pint X’s. Their showroom is very clean and organized. It’s a very friendly and low pressure environment. And the owner I met had a real passion for the products they represented.If you’re only going to make a purchase like this once or twice in your life. Think big. Shop local.

I have nothing but good things to say about Shoreline Ebikes and the proprietors Neve and Isaac Sierra. I bought a Riese & Muller Nevo3 from them and it has been a great experience. They ordered the bike that I wanted from the manufacturer in Germany and I had to wait a couple months for it to arrive. During that time, they stayed in communication to give me information prior to the bike's arrival at their shop.I drove to Sarasota to pick my new bike up when it arrived and they worked with me for a couple hours to insure that everything was dialed in properly like the seat height and the handlebars, etc. I was very impressed with the care they took to make certain that my new bike was adjusted properly and customized to my needs.After I left their shop, I received a call from them telling me that they had found the computer control unit for my bike in their parking area. I am not sure how it wound up in the parking area but they packed it up and shipped it to my home in Georgia by UPS.Since I picked up my bike ten days ago, I have called with a few questions about installing and removing the battery and about how to add water bottles. Isaac was incredibly helpful and sent me a video he created with his phone to illustrate how to remove the battery and photos in the case of the water bottles. I have talked with them probably four times since picking up my bike and we have e-mailed back and forth a couple times as well. All of this is just to say the customer service that Isaac and Neve offer at Shoreline Ebikes is first class. I apologized more than once for taking so much of their time and invariably they said they wanted to be completely satisfied.They even opened their shop on a Sunday when they would ordinarily be closed because that was the only day I was available to drive down to test drive the bike I thought I wanted based on my Internet research.I am really enjoying my new bike and I would not hesitate to recommend Shoreline Ebikes to a friend who was in the market for an electric bike.In case you can't tell, I am a "raving fan" of Shoreline Ebikes, and the owners, Isaac and Neve.

It took me time to research to buy the right ebike for the long run. And after I decided that the brand would be a Riese & Muller, I drove 3 hours to make the purchase. This is where Shoreline eBikes comes to this review. Isaac and Neve were simply spectacular!. Not only, Isaac has passion for what he does, but he had the patience and willingness to help me with the most genuine desire to serve. Isaac represents how your business should behave as a genuine customer centric experience. They just sell the best brands, that's all. They are expensive, but this is exactly what Shoreline eBikes wants to do, just the best. Neve and Isaac has set a small but cozy family business environment. I had a very good experience working with this bike store to select my E-Bike. They allowed me to test drive a couple of models I had selected and once I test drove both I made my selection for the Gazelle. Issac was great at going thru the differences to help in the selection process. Nice husband and wife team and a comfortable experience.

The ONLY place to buy an ebike. Owner run by a wonderful couple and they know their bikes inside and out for maintenance and tune ups. He also only sells the best brands. Not cheap but built to last.
