One of the best ways to advertise your business and best wrapping company out there. Their attention to detail,amazing art work from the design team and service done in a timely manner is exceptional. I always hear positive things about them, SignZoo is the best place to take your vehicle. From there amazing staff to the very friendly owners, Todd and Michelle you can't go wrong. Jenny is your go-to for anything you need, she is always a delight to talk to and goes the extra mile for all her customers. All around great company and I will definitely be getting my company vehicles wrapped here.

Black Diamond Tint & Protection here to say... as of our last conversation on Tuesday, 10/14/25, with account manager, Jenny Greer, payment had not been made. She advised that there is a backlog of payables and she'd have the bookkeeper that works from home cut the check Wednesday morning and would send proof, but no proof was sent/emailed, and she hasn't responded to phone calls since. At this point, the only response we're receiving is through the bad reviews we're leaving on your Google page. Once again, there is a disconnect in what your response is versus what Jenny Greer is stating.

Sign Zoo outsourced a wrap job to our shop, Black Diamond Tint & Protection, which was completed 9/11/25. They have yet to pay us for our services despite their customer already having paid them. Payment was due at time of completion but we’ve received nothing but excuses and blame between departments on sending payment.
Notice to installers- do not use this company. You won’t receive payment for your labor timely, if at all.
Notice to consumers- your price is likely the same if you shop a local wrap shop.

I was originally happy with SignZoo. The person I worked with was great and I was happy with the design phase. I reached out after a few months because the person they hired to install my wrap did a poor job and I had bubbling and peeling. They told me it was under warranty and that they would get it fixed. I followed up and nothing, I followed up again and more nothing. Now my wrap has peeled even more and it is starting to discolor from the underside. It isn't even 2 years old. After a year I am still waiting to hear back from them regarding fixing the cracked and bubbled areas.

We got refered to Sign Zoo, and boy are we glad we found them. We went through a re brand, and we had a vision. We shared what we wanted with Jenny and her team. Even the first draft was almost perfect. We just picked up our first 2 vans. Boy We could not be happier. We wanted high visibility, and sign zoo delivered. Even though we are in a different state the process was seamless. Their design team was perfect in bringing our ideas to life, and then they sent the wraps to us, set up a local installer. They look so good! I can't recommend Sign Zoo enough.

What can I say about my sales person Jenny Greer? Well...since I had many questions and with my plan changing several times over a few months time, Jenny was always completely willing to supply me with the information that I needed. Finally my team was ready to move forward, and Sign Zoo made it happen. EVERYONE was so kind, so professional, and yet the environment they work in is super relaxed. My experience was fabulous, and I will hire them again for future vehicle decoration. Oh, by the way...my van looks AWESOME!!! You guys ROCK! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have used Sign Zoo twice and I cannot say enough on the customer service we were given! I worked with Jenny this last time and she was great. It would take no time at all when I would email her and she responded in minutes.
The signs are very good quality!

Signzoo does great work and the owner Todd is the man. If anything is ever remotely wrong, they make it more than right. Been using them for all of my company truck vinyl wraps for the past 9 years. They use name brand quality product too and stand behind it. ??
