I have been going to them since 1990 and they are great. I don't go anywhere else for my ears. With that being said when they sold out to first physician group they went downhill. Doctors are still great but you can't reach them and they don't return calls when you leave message after being on hold for an hour or more day after day. The worst decision they made was to join up with first physician group sadly.

No problems with staff the place itself was so worn out and dirty looking.Stuffing coming out of chairs even in exam room,tissues on floor in bathroom including one with blood on it.Leaves you with an overall impression they don't care.Will not be going back.

TOp star service have had no issues reaching the Office and have even had the office reach out several times regarding my son and his surgery dates. They have been wonderful and very caring with our families prescriptions and more. I wouldnt go anywhere else and I have been to others. We are very glad to have found the Silverstein Institute and if anyone has done there research this group of specialists in Florida are the top in the industry so even if you have to wait or cant get through to the office well its worth the wait. Worst case scenario drive over, you wont find a better clinic with specialists. Thank you Dr Silverman what a great practice you all have.

I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely frustrating it is to NOT be able to reach any medical office and their personnel by phone. Waiting on hold for over 2 hours, multiple days in a row is completely unacceptable! I've actually been in a queue to have my phone call from 2/1/2024 returned - it's now 4/10/2024!!!
My surgeon was wonderful, but not being able to get in touch with him after surgery is most frustrating. Sad thing is - they know their phone system SUCKS and are doing nothing about it!

I have been trying to call and talk to someone for multiple days now to schedule an appointment and have even left a phone number to get in the queue for a call back, but never received one. It seems impossible to talk to a human at this office unfortunately. ? My concern is, if I ever do eventually get a new patient appointment, it seems like it would be difficult to call and schedule a follow up appointment or reach the office for any reason. Very concerning. For this reason, I will have to try another ENT in the area since it seems impossible to get an appointment. I sincerely hope this problem is addressed.

This place has the worst customer service. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. When leaving a message for a call back, no one returns your call. After numerous calls and voicemails left, no one has returned my call so I had no other choice but to find another ENT. Please avoid this place if you actually want someone to give you a call back when you’re having issues.

Similar experience as other reviewers trying to get through by phone. On hold for 30 minutes, then hung up. Left a message for a call back. Never received one. Called again. On hold for 1 hr and 15 minutes, then hung up. Got through on my next attempt and the woman who answered couldn’t have been nicer. Made the appointment. Had an issue with the link they sent me to patient portal. Tried to call and request a new link. Same with the phones. Tried calling 3 or 4 times a week for over 3 weeks. On hold for 45 minutes to an hour each time before hanging up. Got through to someone’s voice mail in Billing/Records dept and left a message requesting the office send me the link again. Never received it. Tried calling again with no success. Then 2 business days before my appt I receive a voice message they need to reschedule my appt and I should call back. Tried doing so and guess what? You’re right … couldn’t get through. Comically, the night before my scheduled appt I get an auto text reminding me about my appt (the one they had to cancel). No doctor is worth this.

This five star rating is for Dr.HOLMES~he’s a good surgeon and KIND. I will never allow Dr.Wazen to mistreat me again. His lack of compassion is an embarrassment to the medical field.

I have been trying for over a week now to schedule a new patient appointment. I have called and waited on hold multiple times for over 30 minutes before I hung up. I have also selected the choice to have someone call me back but they never do. I have faxed my referral to them twice now with a note asking them to please call me. I have left a message on a voicemail at a different extension asking for help, no response. I have also gone on the website to send a message to the staff but that function is not working. I give up and after this lack of customer service I don't want to see them.
