I have adhd, so I forgot the person I always talk to name ?. Honestly, it's the best storage facility I've ever used. Everyone is super nice, including management. Always make sure customers are happy. Units are clean and safe. Again, great customer service.

Our experience with Jason a few days ago was excellent. He was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He is definitely the poster child for ‘Smart Storage’ and I’m happy to pass on our impression of him.

Had the most wonderful visit with Jason today in renting a unit from the Washington Boulevard location in Sarasota Florida. Awesome man highly recommend this company facility is spotless, clean the units are all nicely air conditioning at a sable temperature and Jason has gone above and beyond for me, and I am very grateful for that he would get a 10*if it was available thank you very

Excellent service from Jason and Alden. I had a generator to move into my unit and Jason offered to assist with removing the pallet, and loading the generator on the dolly while Alden attended to completing the paperwork for my unit. Never had such great service from a storage facility in the past. It's a five-star review due to the excellent customer service!

We have used SmartStop Self Storage for almost three years and their personal is always very nice and helpful. The units are always clean and safe and reasonable price. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

Had a good experience at SmartStop Self Storage. It’s three enclosed air conditioned floors and they also have outdoor units as well. Much improvement in management noticed in the last year. Thanks.
