DO NOT HIRE! Initial communication was acceptable with a date of services set the following week. A reminder via text sent the day before. Great! About 2 hours prior to the time of service I received a text he could not make it because it would take about 2 hours to get there from S. Sarasota because there "must" be an accident. When I used Google Maps to check the time of travel from below S. Sarasota (I travel that route often) it noted 1hour and 33 min. which is average during commuter traffic time. (This guy appeared to not plan ahead) I accepted to rebook the next day @ the same time and confirmed in a text if he would definitely be there the next day at 9:30 A. M. He stated yes. HE WAS A NO SHOW!!!!!!! And he has NOT replied to my text asking if he is on his way. This was a HUGE inconvenience. The vehicle is used for my business and I set aside business time (2 days in a row) to have this service completed. AND unloaded everything out of the vehicle. 6 trips of heavy totes and supplies.

My BMW was bought used and abused. But Damon the owner completely restored my car. I'm so proud to drive it now. My entire car looks like a shiny mirror I love it ! Definitely recommend
