I was a 15 year Verizon customer. I had to move over 3 lines and bundle home internet. Michael was amazing he and his manager Peter took excellent care of me. They made me feel more valued than Verizon ever did. I had an outstanding customer experience with T-Mobile. Plus the cell and internet service are a huge improvement from what I had. And I saved $100 a month by making the move!

Absolutely rude employees and speaking Spanish to each other so I would n ot know one told my rep to just refuse service..guess what I understand spanish..the rudest thing anyone can do. So far 27 people left t mobile because I work with them and told them what happened

Great group of ladies in there. I had trouble with the eSIM on the new iPhone so I came here. I waited less than 5 minutes to be helped and she fixed my issue within 15 minutes and I was good to go. Super polite. I would go out of my way to come back to this location for the customer service alone. Thanks again!

This was by far the WORST experience my family has ever encountered! My sister went in to change her service over to TMobile and they “ported the wrong number” changing her number AND my mothers number (same account). They tried to tell her she needed to set up an appointment at APPLE?!?!? The manager said “he makes this mistake all the time” and knew what to do.. so we were told by one employee, we needed to go to APPLE, yet the manager says he makes this mistake all the time, yet the employee who ported the number admits “ I know what I did wrong.” So we spent the majority of the day waiting for them to fix their mistake, after being told it was APPLE’S issue, to have them text my grandmother’s phone (who is 88 yrs. and on my mom’s plan AND in a different state) with a code, to replace a SIM card in my moms phone. It was infuriating to say the least. We remained patient. At the same time, another customer came in having issues and what was she told to do?? Set an appointment with APPLE! This tells me that they have NO CLUE what they are doing and the fact the Manager claims he makes the same mistake is concerning, why? Because if he’s training/teaching his team, of course the mistakes will be repeated. HORRIBLE customer service. Also, as the other customer was getting upset (rightfully so) because they kept trying to push the problem on APPLE, they were completely rude, told her to leave, refused to help her and threatened to call the police. Poor management, UNPROFESSIONAL, and poor work ethic. You can’t make this stuff up. Learn how to talk a customer off the ledge, smile, say we are happy to help, then HELP! After all, we were told to go to APPLE because porting the wrong number was there issue, yet they eventually figured it out because the manager “makes this mistake all the time.” Get it together or close shop.

I came intoT mobile due to problems from spectrum .I spoke to Pete and he resolved my trouble with a I iphone14. Tania helped me thru the entire process.. I ‘m delighted with their care and service. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a cell telephone

I needed to open a new account, Andrea was amazing and actually stayed and helped throughout the entire process. My old company, Xfinity, was being very difficult and she made us feel welcomed. Definitely a place to go if you need a new account! Thank you to Peter and Andrea for everything!

Michael Barrett helped service my acct. when he was at store #7841. His knowledge & professionalism was outstanding. Michael helped me setup my streaming capabilities for my barbershop. I had used another store location closer to business with very poor results & customer service in regards to setting up equipment. I will continue to follow Mr. Barrett as long as he is with T-MOBILE. Thanks again, Michael.
