Staples has been an easy and budget friendly approach to maintaining supplies for my home office. Unfortunately, accessibility continues to be limited by store closings. I am imagining that Amazon is making it difficult for Staples brick and order to remain open. I’d sure like to see a pushback. Don’t know if it’s economically feasible

I truly love staples and their staff. The Staple team members go out of their way to meet your needs despite an overwhelming number of customers with questions. These customers in return receive detailed information regarding their questions on products of Interest. Way to go Staples for a job well done!

I came in to print something off of my phone. It was the first time I'd ever done it, so I wasn't so sure on what to do. There was a short, heavy woman with a sling who was talking to a young man (who appeared to be working on certain tasks she was giving him). He then moved to the amazon returns to take care of the line there. She didn't look like she was busy so I asked if she could help me. Before I could answer, she snapped, stating "The copy center lady is in the restroom, she'll be out shortly." I had asked why she couldn't leave the registers to help me, and she just said "that's the rules". When I questioned why, she shouted so loud the store echoed "MA'AM, I AM NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE REGISTERS BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN STEAL IF IM NOT WATCHING THE REGISTERS. I CAN GET FIRED FOR LEAVING THE REGISTERS UNATTENDED. THATS THE RULES." While I understand her point, the way she spoke to me was unacceptable. Not only that, but the second the boy came back, she just walked away. Talk about useless. The other copy center lady was tall and blonde, and she was very helpful, her name was Michelle. Absolutely will not be talked to again like that.

Christina was extremely helpful and literally performed every function of our shopping experience - searching the storeroom, wheeling out the merchandise, and checking us out at the front of the store (the only cashier). Even with a long line of customers, she was patient, efficient and friendly. Despite the lack of help from management, she excelled! Job well done!

I’ve never felt so upset with the customer service and pricing that was dished out with an attitude. All I wanted was to have the employee named Debra to cut down the middle paper thin boarder stickers and cut on construction paper. She told me this was a drop off and that she would call me when it’s done. I never received a call so I came back the next day which is today to be charged $6 for this cut! Which is more than I paid for the construction paper itself. It’s not a huge amount of $$$ about the price but the huge persona that I recieved from the minute I headed towards Debra was extremely wrong and no where near consumer friendly. I felt like a burden in this store asking for a service that I’m paying for.
