First signed for a small non ac 5x10 unit, and spiders moved in so I upgraded and signed on for a $85 lease for a 7x10, bypassing the $65 because just my luck I guess. Then a couple months in I am told my rate is increasing to almost $150. I call about it and there’s nothing they can do about it. Mind you I found cockroaches in my unit as well. Take your business elsewhere, this place is a joke. Customer service interrupted me and their online AI is a joke. Never come here.

Used to be great. Have had multiple units over a period of years. Ac and non ac. Used to be my go to. Now not so much. Two roof leaks in the time I spent there. Last one in the ac storage unit. Can’t refund your unused time left. But happy to direct you to hoops to jump through to try to get an insurance claim on your stuff. Staff is friendly and kind. But does that really matter when you’re trying to protect your belongings?
