Conveniently located, clean, secure and well-lit at night. Rusty in the office was great and it is the place to go if you need a storage unit.

We were in this Store Quest a few years ago, everything was great, clean attendants always here, we moved to a new warehouse because our publisher had space with his printer company, I told him from the start that he made a mistake, anyway took me two years to convince him to move warehouse operations back to Store Quest. Everyone happy now, drivers, delivery people, owners, it's the perfect spot for 18 wheeler deliveries, bathroom for drivers, gated entry, cameras everywhere, and most of all Rusty still here 15 years, very pleasant, and helpfull , Rusty runs a tight ship ! This is the 2nd time in 3 days I cannot get into my unit. They have no support and no one will come to help. If you need to get in at 7am and there is an issue, they dont come until 10am when they open. Id stay away.
UPDATE: 4 times I haven't been able to get into my unit. And last week when they repainted... let's just say brutal job. Brutal company they hired, sprayed our unit WHILE IT WAS OPEN, and damaged over $300 worth of stuff. They're fighting it too of course. This place is one of the crappiest I have ever been a part of.
