I am very disappointed with the management at this location. My interaction with Mr. Brian reflected a concerning lack of professionalism and work ethic expected from someone in a managerial role. Rather than assisting in resolving a straightforward matter, his demeanor and unwillingness to help only complicated the situation further.
Additionally, the discounts and incentives clearly advertised on the company’s own website were not reflected in the quote I received. When I inquired about the discrepancy, no clear explanation or corrective action was offered. This creates a sense of mistrust and makes the overall experience feel misleading.
I do want to acknowledge the excellent service provided by sales representative Michelle Solano. She was extremely kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. It is unfortunate that the positive experience she delivered was overshadowed by the issues with management.

Just leased a new 2025 VW Taos and my experience at Sunset Volkswagen was exceptional! My salesman, Michael Jarman, was professional, knowledgable, and so pleasant to work with. Cordale in Finance was also very friendly and made the paperwork process super smooth! Couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and look forward to visiting Sunset VW again soon!

Thomas D. was so great to work with. He was patient and willing to help/go the extra mile to get our deal worked out in the best way. Been debating on a new vehicle for awhile. Wife wanted the Atlas and I suggested we look at a Tiguan since it was close to her 2021 Ford Edge ST that we had. We met with Thomas Danson who was very friendly and polite. We explained to him what kind of vehicle we wanted and what we had and that we need something that fun to drive yet good on gas and perfect for road trips. We test drove an Atlas and didn’t like the size so we went with the Tiguan R and the wife was instantly in love. He helped us with our trade in and made the process of buying the car less of a process. Dealing with Thomas was like talking to someone you’ve known for years and got a long with like family. He had our vehicle detailed and cleaned while we met with Samantha in finance who was a dream, everything was explained and every possible question we had she was able to explain and show us the how’s and why’s and what of our purchase as well as our warranty coverages. Was this a vehicle purchase? Yes. Did it feel like a vehicle purchase? Not one bit, felt like we were meeting up with family we haven’t seen in years. I’d buy another vehicle from Thomas Danson. Maybe I’ll trade in my old WRX for a newer Golf GTI or R.
