Wow!!! My bank has a 2.2 rating. Should be lower!!!! Every SINGLE TIME I come here, there is not enough staff and the wait time is 20-30 minutes just to get to the teller. I'm highly considering changing banks. If it wasn't so much hassle on me, I would!!!! Ridiculous!!!

Today, I went to Truist because I needed to do an international wire transfer. I got there at 11:05am. The 2 bankers were busy and so was the branch leader, Devin Hedges. After 15 minutes, when one of the banker freed herself, the branch leader handed her client over to her. Behind me, there were now 4 more clients waiting. Ms. Hedges was behind her glass wall, opening a package, cheking her computer, checking her iphone, looking outside of the window, looking towards the tellers, and never took a client in. I waited until 11:54am before being called in by one of the banker who had freed up himself and did my wire in 5 minutes (thank you, John!). In the meantime, 3 of the 5 people that were waiting with me had left, and two more had arrived. Based on my experience, I don't think Ms. Hedges is a good branch leader and I find it unacceptable to be the first in line and have to wait 49 minutes before being able to address my needs. I'm a long-time account holder and would be happy to see a new face as branch leader!

Can I say that despite the Skeleton Crew that's normally a truest where there's not enough people to help you Angela Watson shines like the bright Sun she was so courteous despite being the only teller with all the people in line

Worst drive through design ever. ATM is not in its own lane. Typical Wait is 20 minuites for the slow tellers to process one car in the commercial lane to access it. Do better Truist. This is a joke

Possibly the worst Branch Manager, James Mack, either he does not care about customers, or Truist does not empower him to make any decisions. There are a couple of decent front line tellers and some of the bankers try, but corporate ties their hands.

Terrible bank. So far have been on hold for an hour to have them adjust daily purchase limits. Representatives at the actual branch were unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

I had a 10:30am appointment with a banker to try to avoid waiting and was not seen until 11:10am. I almost missed my scheduled work meeting because of this lack of regard for my time.

I went to deposit a large check. They inform me I have to wait 9 days in order to have access to the money. So in other words this so-called bank will use MY money for 9 days and then let ME have access to the funds. After 45 years they also now charge for checking accounts and checks. They also removed perks from credit cards. So now I have 9 days to find a new bank. Can't wait.

65 min on a call yesterday my wife also more than an hour wating two weeks ago to speak with a Philippino with SunTrust we spoke with someone in Orlando in a few min. We are moving to another bank. I have banked at N. Trail Sarasota for 32 yrs. through Barnett, First Florida, Huntington and SunTrust, but Truist is a joke.
