Possibly the worst Branch Manager, James Mack, either he does not care about customers, or Truist does not empower him to make any decisions. There are a couple of decent front line tellers and some of the bankers try, but corporate ties their hands.

Great customer service. I was in and out of the branch in about two minutes and the woman who helped me was very friendly.

Terrible bank. So far have been on hold for an hour to have them adjust daily purchase limits. Representatives at the actual branch were unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

I had a 10:30am appointment with a banker to try to avoid waiting and was not seen until 11:10am. I almost missed my scheduled work meeting because of this lack of regard for my time.

I went to deposit a large check. They inform me I have to wait 9 days in order to have access to the money. So in other words this so-called bank will use MY money for 9 days and then let ME have access to the funds. After 45 years they also now charge for checking accounts and checks. They also removed perks from credit cards. So now I have 9 days to find a new bank. Can't wait.

65 min on a call yesterday my wife also more than an hour wating two weeks ago to speak with a Philippino with SunTrust we spoke with someone in Orlando in a few min. We are moving to another bank. I have banked at N. Trail Sarasota for 32 yrs. through Barnett, First Florida, Huntington and SunTrust, but Truist is a joke.

Consistently frustrated with their service, every interaction (call center, local branch visits, online help) is a challenge, and never resolves anything. Taking my business elsewhere, advise you do the same.

Was not informed about all the extra fees for the account , altho I did ask about it before opening it. Manager was not helpful. Would not recommend this bank.

Absolutely the worst Bank! At this point I actually believe there is fraudulent activity going on. Nothing but problems. This branch absolutely needs new management! Terrible service! I will be switching banks

I have great service from and relationship with Juan downtown off Main St., Sarasota, as my personal banker and also from Marty, the manager of ST on North Tamiami Trail which is nearest my home.

Very disappointing service several times. I am considering changing banks after 22 years with the same bank . Get ready to wait in line for 30 mins while 4 or 5 staff sit around but cannot help you and one person behind the teller.
