Yesterday, I was really fortunate that I got to talk to Lindsey, the assistant manager of this location on Tamiami Trail. After talking to her on the phone, she asked me to go to the branch. I noticed in her voice she was really eager to help me and solve the problem. I had talked to Laura previously, who was very nice too, but I still was having issues.
When I got there, Lindsey seemed really happy to help, she took her time, made several phone calls and solved every issue.
She is very knowledgeable , intelligent and her desire to help is fantastic.
She is awesome and she deserves to be promoted as a general manager in the Sarasota area

Was chased by an off-leash bulldog inside the branch. Firmly and clearly stated my discomfort and serious allergy. Bank employee was kind and apologized, but the dog was allowed to continue to invade my personal space while I was at the window, while the owner was 15' feet away. I had to physically relocate myselfwhile doing my biz, which consisted of being called in from the drive through to be rattled over a bank error that was fixed with no action from me.When I stated there shouldn't be dogs chasing people in the bank I was told "she comes in her a couple of times a week" as if that justified the situation. It was extra uncomfortable because I was asked to come inside from the drive-through and it was implied something inappropriate was happening with my account, so I was not at liberty to leave.When I offered to discuss my concerns with the manager who was on site I was told "she's not supposed to be here today" so I wasn't allowed to speak with her. I hope that dog has more money in the bank than me, because the bank put that dog ahead of my safety and comfort.

What an awful experience. I came here to cash a check from my mothers account and they refused and treated me like a criminal. Would not even look at my financial POA paperwork. What a snobby and awful vibe

I stopped here on my way home to put all of my Christmas tips into my account. The ATM didn't count my deposit right and then when. I tried to have the money returned to be recounted the ATM just took all of my cash and didn't deposit it 🙃

Typical bank only drive in and atm available now

ATM is from 1974. Even though it says deposit up to 10 checks, it spits them out unless you deposit them one by one.

Absolute worst bank in existence. If you don't qualify for their financial services, they treat you like you are nothing, and try to get as much money from your account as they possibly can. If I could give it to zero stars, I would.
