Worst experience I ever had, went through drive thru tried to take out $400 , it declined me thought maybe cause I had out of state card, so I tried again at $200 and it gave me the amount,got back to NC and checked banking and it took out $400 ,so I called the bank and said there was nothing they could do because I don’t have an account with them, so other words the can steal from you if you don’t have an account with them is what they’re saying!!!!!

Deposited $300 Cash into the ATM here and it stole it from me. Didn’t deposit it into my bank, didn’t give me a receipt, didn’t give it back. I would stay away from this ATM and honestly stay away from truist in general. Said they could do nothing to help but that rather i had to call a number and wait 3-5 business days to hear back from them.. Ridiculous

I went here today morning to withdraw money, this teller spent 5 min say nothing to me, then call manager without ex plane to me a single word. Then the manager ask me if I could stay to do investigation or finish some paper word they need. Told them I have no time ( it’s my lunch break, I need to go back ). And I need a couple hundred. They got my ID my bank card but refuse to withdraw my money. I really upset they were not flexible for my situation and ask me to withdraw at ATM.Then after work I went to another bank teller next to Lowe's at Fruitville road. I withdraw my money normally, then I asked the manager here about my last coincident. They did check and told me I need to sigh 2 paper for my checking and saving. It took me 3 minutes to print out and signed.Please some one need to do some investigation for how this store doing. And how they want to keep there customer. If it’s true they are having bad service. They need to sent to do training for there customer skill.Really bad service here.

The teller rudely told my mother to go away after she requested a money order from her account. My mother does not speak English and the tellers and even the managers usually accommodate to her. My mother provided all of the proper verification and she was dismissed and told to go away. After 6 years of her having two accounts and I having one, we will be terminating our institution. Both the in-person service and the customer service over the phone has gone down the drain. My card has been locked with no explanation pending a verification of a purchase, so I have called the customer support number and it always leads to a dead end where I always get left waiting for an actual person to help me (not the computer) for hours on end, only to be hung up on. Keep your money elsewhere!

I've been with BBT/Truist for about 3 years now and always have a great and easy time doing whatever I'm there to do. Cindy Covington has been helping me with some of my Financials and debt and I feel lucky to have come across her. She's the best! Also have dealt with Jairo who is also amazing.

Great experience. Cindy Covington helped me from Truist on 5/25/2022 with a fraudulent transaction on my account. I can’t say enough positive things about Cindy. She was so kind, welcoming, made me feel like part of the family, took care of my issue and was just such a kind person. I rarely write reviews about specific people in businesses but I am a fan of calling out those *stars* in businesses. Thank you Cindy!

I waited 45 minutes for an associate. Apparently SunTrust and BB&T are merging into one Truist. However, the manager of Truist, Beatriz was quite rude and made me feel like I was a pain in the you know what. All I needed to do was close an account belonging to my father who past away. I cannot believe how rude and abrasive that lady was with me. I ended up walking out and was unable to conduct my businessAnd she's representing a new bank into the area. Beatriz with Truist is unprofessional, uncaring, discourteous and disgraceful.

Banker Beatriz Sullivan was extremely rude to me. She told me I cannot help you “because we are not a call center” as if I was stupid and did not know that the local branch was not a call center. She presented with a nasty attitude towards me right from the start and was unwilling to FULLY listen to my needs. Instead of listening to and acknowledging me she talked over me and mocked me. My goal was to try to help my hospitalized father with his business account and she interrupted me when I was trying to explain the situation and arrange for my father to call her directly so he could ask her for help from the hospital because he had been through too much medically to communicate with a random person in a distant call center. Beatriz rudely said to me “EXCUSE ME I UNDERSTAND”! I said to her “No excuse me but you do not understand”. Beatriz can’t possibly understand what we have been through as a family and her abrupt, unempathetic, and impersonal behavior was extremely rude and upsetting to our entire family. We will be taking my Dad’s business account elsewhere. Truist as a whole seems to be a BIG MESS! Beatriz did not even give me a chance to explain that I have POA documents for my father. She was rude, ignored me, and mocked me. I was a branch manager for SunTrust Bank for 10 years and business relationship banking was my focus. If I had ever treated ANY customer as Beatriz treated me I would have been in big trouble. Obviously times have changed and the current customer and future Truist customers are not important!!!!
