Today, Sunday, December 15, I went to the Bravo supermarket, I bought a melon and it was rotten inside. It cost me 5.99, how bad it is, and that market does not have the quality it had when it started.

This place is always so clean and has so much Latin products and even some others that you can't find any other places. Their deli and hot food is really good. I also love their pricing and good selection of meats along with their seafood area and butcher area is really clean and smells clean. The staff for super friendly and very helpful and very courteous. Parking is easy and they always have enough baskets consistently inside. I would highly recommend anybody shopping here for the great food, prices and products

Just purchase some groceries and was charged $12.00 for one papaya. I went to get refund but still was charged for repurchase. I decided not to buy it.
If it was Publix they would not charge me for my inconvenience. I told them I drove 15 mins.back..sorry is what the response. I understand human error, but they lost a customer..moral of story keep an eye on tally..

I used to go to this place very often because it is close to my house, but I moved away and I no longer recommend it since I received terrible customer service from the cashiers, they are always bitter like they don't like their I work, and apart from that when I went to buy food at the restaurant they served me more rice than meat.

Wow! Great grocery store! Herbs, fresh fruit & vegetables - awesome selection! Super clean! Hot food deli. So many meat options and variety of cuts! They even have frozen rabbit. Variety of cheese. Local Dakin milk or protein fairlife milk. Chorizo galore! Frozen fruit pulp galore! Super friendly staff. Open late. Can’t believe I have not come sooner!

Hello, in terms of customer protection, in my experience it is the worst of all the markets. On Sunday, September 22, I lost an item in the market and I asked them to show me the cameras to see who had taken it and they told me no. The person in charge of the cameras was present at that moment, and as soon as I arrived they were going to call me. I was calling the other 3 days afterward with only one answer. The manager is not there. As soon as I arrive, he will return the call, and to this day Nobody speaks out, they gave me to understand that the person who committed the act was a worker and they threw in the towel, in short rats
