We visited this store to celebrate my sister’s birthday, during which she selected a few pieces of jewelry. Upon returning home, we discovered that the exact same items were available on Amazon—sold directly through Swarovski’s official storefront—for significantly less.
We called the store the same day to inquire about a return, explaining that we had found a much better price online. The response we received was dismissive and misleading: we were told the online items were of inferior quality, not “real” Swarovski, and did not include a warranty. This was particularly frustrating given that the products were listed on Swarovski’s verified Amazon storefront, and a warranty could be added for just $9.
When the Amazon order arrived, we compared the items side-by-side. They were identical in quality and packaging, and in fact, the pieces from Amazon appeared even cleaner and more polished—likely because they hadn’t been handled or tried on by other customers.
Despite this, when we returned to the store to return the items, the associate once again repeated the same baseless claims: inferior quality, not genuine Swarovski, no warranty. This kind of dishonest sales tactic is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
Needless to say, this experience has ensured that we won’t be returning.

Hands down for Nicky I strongly believe she’s one of the best employees at Swarovski she was amazing and helped us soo much, I’m so grateful I got to meet her. I strongly believe she should get a raise for the amazing service.♥️

called and asked if they bought swarovski from individuals,,answer absolutely .said on way got there carried large heavy box way from parking lot to entrance to mall called for help,,oh we dont buy,,never again

Love this store! ? Their jewelry is amazing and the glittery phone cases are beautiful (but I have an android so I'm out of luck ?♀️). The lady working today was very friendly.

The necklace I bought for my daughter’s birthday end of last year broke, and we went back to the store at UTC Sarasota to see if there is a way to fix it. Brieana was super helpful, told us my daughter’s necklace still under warranty so she will replace it with a new one, and patiently taught my daughter how to clean the jewelry (something dad lack of knowledge of ?).Thanks Brieana, world class employee of Swarovski. ?

The Manager at UTC Mall, Sarasota, Fl. Store is outstanding, she is fair, empathetic and kind, the work life balance is perfect, she works with you, and the team is great! The store itself is quaint, clean and shiny! Beautiful jewlery and figurines all around, if your looking for a great career, great pay etc. apply at Swarvoski UTC mall Sarasota, FlI worked there in early 2022 but due to health reasons had to leave, broke my heart, I wish I could go back.

Have shopped here for several different occasions, always had friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, great options, and good prices. The presents I have bought from here have always looked great and been appreciated and complimented on. They have also helped up well to the wear and tear of daily life

The staff is warm and friendly and my daughter loves going there each day. The curriculum definitely prepares your child for elementary school. The best part I get to view my daughter each day at work by viewing the web cameras. Thanks for keeping my daughter safe.

I have been buying things from Swarovski for many years now and have never been to a more pleasant store before. Sean was one of the most phenomenal workers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He was courteous, friendly, very helpful, and overall a wonderful person. Any question he was able to answer with a smile on his face and made you feel at home. I cannot speak highly enough for Sean's work ethic and how great of a shopping experience he provided. Amazing to see someone who was raised so well, will definitely keep my business at this store because of this gentleman and everyone around him. He reflects so positively toward the company. Kudos and Happy Holidays! Thank you again for making me leave happy and eager to come back!
