Tried 3D8 for glassware for an event based on local small business and regret experience. Main issue: Price change after job completed. My mistake was not insisting on written quote, which most businesses would have provided before job started. Second issue: no samples of their work with personalized glassware; my first look showed crooked vinyl lettering that Elin (the owner) excused as the shape of the beer glass. Andrew provided great service, acknowledged and corrected lettering.

I had an opportunity to work with Elin for some embroidered polo shirts that I needed to represent a mission agency that I started working for. After seeking input and quotes from other companies, she was the only one to actually return my call and was willing to work with me! I visited her shop, discussed my needs, and then she immediately followed up with requested information. The shirts were delivered to my house within a short period of time and looked amazing! She knows her stuff and the quality is exceptional! I will definitely return to her shop for any future promotional items that I need!

Elinhas done a wonderful job taking over Joe's business. She is so nice . She knows her business. A Z Auto Repair uses her for ou cards and work shirts with embroidery. Everything is of great quality. I would recommend her to any business promotion product.

Called asking to see if I could get some simple T-shirts done, first I talked with a really nice lady, she explained to me all the different styles and all, then she transferred me to a guy named Joe, terrible customer service...the price was a little bit over what I expected which it was okay, then I asked if they had any discount going on for first time customers, he said exactly like this “ I'm sorry can't help you with your order and hangup the phoneâ€. I honestly don't leave reviews but this guy oww like so unprofessional.
