Tim in electronics delivered one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Came in for a Canon DSLR camera and some accessories. He knew where everything was that I needed and took me straight to it.Give that man a raise or some commission!

Katie, in ReturnsExchanges showed me what lengths customer service will go to please customers. After I left the store she came out to the parking lot to find me and return my credit card that we both thought had been lost forever!

Not the best customer service experience at this Target location. Ironically, the service was most lacking at the customer service desk while making an exchange/return. Approached the counter and the customer service representative never looked up. She simply raised her hand and motioned me forward. She never said hi, just took my receipt and item, asked if there was anything wrong with the item, rang it through while looking elsewhere near the entrance, and handed me the gift card and receipt. She then walked away without saying a word. I never got a chance to ask her a question about the return policy either. Disappointing experience for a Target store.

The young girl at customer service is insanely rude. This is now twice that I have stood there for a pick up order and she completely ignores me and continues to help people that walk up after me. This time I ended up leaving, the other times someone else ended up helping me. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB OR KNOW HOW TO DO IT CORRECTLY, GET A NEW ONE.

Manager Katie is awesome…even if she can’t order cases of Redbull. Therefore, my quest continues for cases of Strawberry/Apricot Redbull.

Usually have the best customer service here from the younger staff very polite and hard working but the bald guy with a beard who works at the pickup/return counter is so rude!!! This is the second time I’ve encountered him and he’s so unfriendly and throws your bags at you. Needs retraining possibly from the younger staff on how to treat customers.

I bought two toys in the store that were shown on sale. The regular price was shown as $20.98, the other toy's regular price was $24.98. Both were prominently shown in the store as $10 off. Unfortunately I did not watch as the items were rung up and I didn't notice until I got home that I was overcharged by $10 on each item and was not given the sale price.Shame on me for not watching them like a hawk at the register.Shame on Target for overcharging me and allowing this to happen.Target should have a policy like Publix - If you catch them overcharging you, Publix gives you the item for free along with a sincere apology. Otherwise they get away with this despicable business practice of false advertising and overcharging with no consequences.It's hard to trust a company when you have this kind of experience.

I have personally been shopping here almost 6 years this store is definitely go to I have zero complaints about there good and gather line 9f products if there's a scale from 1 to 20 ,i would definitely pick 20 every time. Also. On a personal note the staff is so polite and helpful and nowadays with this economy there prices can't be beat .

One star because no one answers the phone. I've been trying to call for around an hour, this store, and the Brandon location. Never buying Target again. Can't even call to make a correction on a pick-up order from one store to another that was switched during buying it online, and i didn't notice. No one answers so I don't have to ride my bicycle 4 hours to pick up something when my store is 30 min away. Canceled order and I will be telling corporate for having terrible service. Go bankrupt already. Useless

A Target Store in Sarasota, Florida is getting ready for Christmas. Pretty much the same set up as most stores in New York. I haven't been to one of these stores in years. It has improved and got better!

Came to this Target only b/c it was next to Home Depot. Absolutely hate coming here and Lisa at the customer service counter confirmed why. She is abrupt when speaking with customers makes you feel guilty you are returning items especially when defective. Never will I return

This target is very organize and it's big so you can find anything you need, I specially loved the beauty products area it has a very extensive variety of products!!!I stayed there for hours and didn't realize it lol

Exceptionally well staffed both numerically and regarding courtesy, knowledge and attentiveness. Store is well stocked and quite nicely maintained. Parking is almost never a struggle. Located near the interstate, grocery stores, pet supplies and probably a restaurant you would enjoy.

Went there to purchase school supplies for my son starting 3rd grade. It was the week of school starting and they were out of several supplies that I needed. So I ended up having to order the things they were out of on Amazon. I figured they would still be stocked up the same week school was starting but they weren't. Then when I went to check out, there was not one cash register open. The only lane open was self checkout and I had a shopping cart full of items. I asked the employee where to check out and he told me to go to guest services. I get over there and asked why there's no registered open and their answer was ,"she's doing something". Cash registers should always be available as an option to check out and forcing customers to use self checkout to me is unacceptable.
