Target’s brand of diapers “Up & Up” used to be my favorite and never leaked. Since the recent rebrand, they have completely gone to trash. My son leaks through them every single time now after only a few hours. They just lost a lifetime customer who told every pregnant/mom friend I knew to buy these. Target should be ashamed of themselves for sacrificing the quality so drastically.

Selling expensive owala cups at full price, that are supposed to have a straw, but they don’t keep track of the straws, they just put them out on the shelf for anyone to steal. Then when customers who actually want to purchase the cup ask where the straw is that is supposed to come with it, they just shrug and tell you to order online. Waste of time. Shady. Employees probably steal the straws so no one can buy them until they buy them on clearance with an employee discount. Went nextdoor to Dick’s Sporting goods and had a much better experience, where they have basically everything that target sells anyways.

Experienced extremely poor customer service today at a store I’m usually happy to shop at. Was informed; rudely; at checkout that a particular manufacturer’s coupon was not accepted….because it didn’t “scan”. When I asked why; I was told “coupon fraud.” When I asked how is a customer supposed to know before checkout the answer was “if it didn’t scan; we must not accept it”

I’ve been trying to call this location for 4 days. I’ve tried calling every department to see if someone, anyone would answer. No answer anywhere. We were at this location three days ago and mentioned it to them that there was an issue and apparently they’ve done nothing with the information. With this location over 20 miles away we would like to make sure our bakery order is ready before we make the trip!

It may be a Super Target but needs to have a different management team. Clothes and toys section are disorganized and messy. Employees don’t do their job and snobby. Unfriendly and unprofessional. There was a spill and an employee saw it happen. Instead of informing customers that there was a spill, he laughed and went back on his phone. We understand that some of these employees is their first job or trying to make a living but do your job. Don’t have your friends come to your work and mess things up. We saw a guy use an electric scooter as a joke. That’s insulting. It’s not funny. It’s not cool.

I love this target but the women’s bathrooms are always filthy, hot, muggy, and smell awful. Every. Single. Time.

Ordered items for drive up pickup and it was closed. No notification on the app just signs on the spots. I go inside to pick the items up and they have 30 people standing in the returns and exchanges line that you get to wait behind……

I was assaulted at this target, by a racist, bully customer, one of the white managers was harassing a group of black and Hispanic girls because the black girl was using the electronic scooter. The manager i didn’t get his name, was rude and unprofessional when the assault happened. He was not trying to help me with the situation. I’m hurt from when the male customer around 6’3 janked the phone and would not give back to me, until I keep telling him to give it back, the whole make customer then proceeded to throw my phone. I didn’t even get a chance to make my payment. I’m not even safe from physical attacks inside target. My arm and shoulder has been hurting so much. I’m traumatized by this experience. I will never visit another target again. Customer be careful when shopping at this Target specially if you’re Hispanic or Black.

The Guest service manager or lead person at the Target at University Town Center in Sarasota was very hateful and disrespectful. His name was Kevin. He acted as if the sales person and myself were inconveniencing him to assist with helping me. He was very condescending and definitely had anger issues. However, the sales clerk at the register and the sales clerk at customer service were very nice, pleasant, and accommodating, which is how most employees at Target treat their customers.

Very disappointed.
A supervisor name Kevin denied to exchange a brand new item because I lost my receipt. Saying that he would offer a $100 gift card from a $300 item purchase.
This is really sad from this Supervisor!!

This location is disgusting. Every time we come in here there has been no recovery and the team members are not doing anything to make their store better. There is no sense of urgency. The only bright spot of the visit was the cashier Elvie. He is so friendly and full of life.
