I bought ten of a product online last night and they said that it would be ready for pickup today. On the way there, I (a passenger) noticed an email sent this morning saying that they were out of the item. Upon checking the credit card, there was a pending charge for the purchase. I called the store to ask about my purchase. On the third call, the man that answered (first two calls went unanswered) asked me if I wanted a manager. I told him that I wanted anyone who could help me resolve the situation. He said that he would get someone. In the background, I could hear him asking for someone. After a few minutes he came back to reassure me that he was trying to get assistance. I waited on hold for a total of 30 minutes, occasionally yelling "Help!" into the phone. Nothing. Apparently my only purpose was to tie up a phone line so that they didn't have to answer it again. So they have my $85 and I don't have my purchase.

This Target is one of the nicer stores. Large isles, very clean store, lots of merchandise to choose from, employees and customers are very friendly!

I needed a couple decor items for my bathroom; I was in a hurry and had something specific in mind. I was able to get in, quickly get pointed to the right part of the store, find exactly what I wanted - nice quality, well designed, lovely items!
As I passed the clothing and cards, I noticed a number of areas I’d like to browse when I have more time.
Checkout was fast and smooth as silk! I had the option of self check out but chose the staffed register and got through in a couple minutes.
After a long day of errands and a very successful easy visit to this Target, I decided to reward myself at the in-store STARBUCKS. A number of other folks had the same idea at the same time. We had a wonderful person taking care of us at the STARBUCKS. She was warm, efficient and helpful! Even though she was very busy she paid careful attention to my order ( I like a little soy milk but not too much). She moved the line along quickly, giving each person her focused attention. This is quite an art and I am really impressed! My drink was delicious! If you are lucky enough to be waited on by Jamie at this in store STARBUCKS, please tell her Susan says thanks!

The worst Target I have ever been to in my life. Ever section was a disorganized mess and not one employee I even walked by could smile back or say anything.

The parking lot is bad. Poor layout, in my opinion, and pavement is busted up. I grabbed a cart from a parking space on my way in, and then people around started looking at me due to the sound of the cart wheels vibrating so loudly as I pushed it over the extremely rough pavement. My son had to use the restroom and it felt a little sketchy. The entrance is to the right of the front doors, all the way down a hallway, turn right, at the end, adjacent to the employee warehouse doors, were men and women’s bathroom doors. They were facing each other and there was only a few feet of space in between them.
Otherwise….I got everything I needed……
I checked out right before closing time and a lady rang me up. I spent hundreds. First I tried tapping my card, then I just inserted it, and pressed enter. The lady then looks away and brusquely says “Use Another Method”. I said, “Um, no.” I put it back in and entered my pin and it went right through. As I was leaving I said “thank you” to her twice and received no response. I guess she was just having a rough day. I think we’ve all been there; But I’m supposed to feel good leaving Target with a bunch of new school stuff for my son. 😞
This was my first time coming to this Target. I will not be returning.

It's great to see what is on sale, and you do get help if you ask for it. And it's not like Walmart people do come up to you. Plus I like bargains and savings at Target.

A guy that’s a Target employee comes to my door and tells me “can you stop revving engine, customers are complaining” the guy acted like he was a police officer or a security guard. Apparently you can’t turn on your car or have any type of audible sound on your car in 2024. Do not come to my door and single me out out of hundreds of cars in a parking lot “Horrible” customer service. This guy can kick rocks.
