I reached out to Wendy based on a referral, and she did not disappoint. She was absolutely fantastic, she has a wealth of knowledge that she is happy to share with you every step along the way. Needless to say we found the perfect home, and she was right there with everything we needed from inspections, to paperwork, to what to expect next. We Because of her work and diligence we closed on our home inside 30 days and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Wendy she is the best!

Huge shout out to Darren and Beyond Realty for helping us find our home in Lakewood Ranch Country Club. The process was smooth and painless. We did run into a couple of issues during the close which happens, but Darren handled them efficiently. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Being newer to the area we didn’t know a whole lot about LWRCC. Thanks to Darren and Co for pointing us in the right direction. Darren understands the market and certainly knows the area well. I loathe to think of anyone who has to buy or sell a house without Wendy Dowling as their realtor! She is so knowledgeable, helped us save a lot on our interest rate, and helped us close on an FHA loan in under a month. She is prompt, responsive, flexible, and found a house that was just perfect for our little family. I really don't think there is a better or smarter realtor out there. An incomplete contract was written. Wendy Dowling assured me numerous times there was a contingency included. I signed one apparently the seller did not. Ended up I lost my deposit. Now it's up to me to recover in civil court. Lawyers say the costs could make it not worth taking to court. Thanks for worse than nothing! If I could give 0 stars I would.

We have purchased many properties but had no idea all that was involved in buying a Florida condo. Darren was there every step of the way simplifying an overwhelming complicated process.
