On my 2nd unit here. 1st one I rented day before Helene hit, Manager David is a BEAST, he was literally running helping people in a very stressful situation, he got me sorted FAST, I was able to save my belongings from floodwaters with his help. Dude should get a raise, make it happen HR.

Our experience from start to finish at Lock Up was excellent. The process was seamless! We were given a tour and made sure we knew how to access our unit and leave the property closing the overhead door of the drive in bay. I would highly recommend them.

The manager is fantastic. He worked his butt off when everyone was coming in to rent units to put their stuff after the hurricane. He remained cool and friendly.

We were happy to switch our storage facility to The Lock Up. The manager was really helpful and showed us a great storage spot and how to access our unit. It was a smooth transition and a great price too.

First, The Lock Up is a top notch self storage facility. The Sarasota, FL, team, Dave and Kevin, goes above and beyond the extra mile to ensure the customer has a great experience because moving is extremely taxing! I highly recommend using their facility.

The Lockup Storage is so easy to use and convenient. The building is very nice and so clean. I haven’t needed to use storage for about 25 years. The Lockup is a delightful improvement over my original storage facility! Everyone has been helpful and courteous. David checked me in and was very thorough in explaining everything that I needed to know.

I have rented storage facilities many times over the years in Sarasota Florida and in other states and without a doubt "The Lock Up Self Storage" is the nicest, cleanest and friendliness facility I ever used hands-down. The monthly costs was lower than the other companies in my area. Victor at the corporate number and then David at the local facility couldn't have been more helpful or polite if they tried. Upon arrival David showed me around the facility and showed me a few units until we found the one that suited my needs. I filled out the paperwork in a few minutes and that was that. It was definitely a simple and pleasant experience. Let's not forget the cleanliness, kinda spotless. No hyperbole it's unbelievably clean.I highly recommend The Lock Up Self Storage.Give them a go you won't be disappointed.Michael J

Be aware, storage can lock up your belongings without legitimate reason or warning and they won’t open even if you pay extra

They will raise your monthly fee without any warning. Twice in less than a year, increasing my rate over 50%.
