This is the only place I will shop for jewelry!! They still remember what old fashion customer service is and make you feel welcomed as soon as you enter . The do not try to sell you something you don’t want and will go out of their way to find you exactly what you want.And their little leather pouch they put your jewelry in is much better than any LITTLE BLUE BOX

Dropped off a necklace to get repaired and now it’s listed as lost I will not Compensate. It’s been over six months and the owner has not worked with me I’m trying to rectify the situation. Also not covered by insurance

We went with my husband ( in that moment fiancé) to buy our wedding bands, the all experience was very painful!1. After paying for the bride’s ring we saw a diamond missing in the ring ( the owner apparently didn’t know) about the missing diamond.2. The groom’s ring wasn’t available on his size, the owner ordered it online and told us that will be in the store next day( it wasn’t true)3. We had to visit the store in 4 different occasions (1 hour each way in taxis from we were staying as tourists) before we requested a refund.4. We got married wearing our friends wedding bands because the owner of the jewelry lied to us and didn’t have the rings ready as promised.5. He told us that his jeweler was on sick leave and couldn’t repair the missing diamond ( doesn’t he has other jewelers details for this kind of situations?)6. We requested a refund on the groom’s wedding ring and the refund was partially done, they kept part of the money but didn’t explained the reason why and we already left the country.Sam & IsabelFrom The Bahamas

Living on St Armands we have limited places to take our dog for walks.....Our dog enjoys seeing the people shopping and eating. My assistant walked our dog this evening and was yelled at by the sales clerk......"Don't let your dog urinate on our flowers". Seriously they are in a 14 tall pot and our dog has 4" legs. There was no reason for someone to yell across the sidewalk. I will never step foot in that store......Non dog friendly.

Walked in needing s watch battery after stopping in several jewelry stores. They were busy and told me I’d have to leave it. I said I came from a distance and couldn’t do that. They were very pleasant and did me the favor and put the battery in. Nice people and very fair prices. I appreciated their help.

This is an excellent jewelry store. Although I haven't (yet) bought any of their exquisite pieces, they have done a bit of custom work for me and it has all been topnotch. I am very surprised at the negative reviews because frankly, this is one of the only jewelers I trust in this area.
