I had a lovely experience today with Colette at Top Knot Salon. This salon is adorable and welcoming! Colette is a talented and skilled stylist. She gave me a beautiful layered haircut for my bouncy curls. As a former stylist/salon owner myself, I truly appreciate her clean lines and integrity. This first date haircut was great! I look forward to more creative hair adventures with Colette!
Hair type: As a curly hair person, it is important to be with an experienced stylist who understands how to work with curls & texture. Colette's approach & communication in our consultation made it clear that I was in good hands.

Colette is an incredibly talented hairstylist.She understands exactly what I want and need, asks questions to make sure we understand each other and ....uses her amazing skills, her experience and her creativity to make it happen.The last time I went, I was going from long hair to a pixie haircut and it was not an easy transition. She made it a smooth and very positive experience. The result was beyond my expectations.I highly recommend her services!

Just having moved to the area, I did a lot of research before committing to an appt. I had a consulte first and immediately felt comfortable. Not only did the salon look so similar to where I had gone previously but the owner was very personable and the salon peaceful feeling. Today I had my appointment I loved the actual color didn't irritate my scalp, which was a concern as trying new products is always like roulette sometimes. We didn't go too drastic as far as the highlights and the based color was fixed. Such a smart and talented owner stylist. Colette takes pride in her service and her salon. I'm happy to have found such a great place my first try in new town. It's such a delicate process finding a good fit and I'm just thrilled. Oh and the products smell amazing !!!!

Colette is fabulous! She's extremely talented and an expert at selecting hair color to add shine and dimension without stressing fragile hair. If you're looking for a stylist who is a perfectionist yet very easy to talk to, look no further! Highly recommend!!!

How dare you Colette!!!I have never been treated so shitty in my life from a hair stylist! First of all you never told me you were raising your prices!! When you sent out to confirm my appointment you could've told me then. Second I don't know where you get off, it took you all of 35 minutes to cut my hair. Third prices that you have to walk 1/2 mile to your salon, it's a bad area and you sure don't keep up with the education part of it. Everyone looks the same. So I was stupid and loyal when you didn't deserve it. I guess you'll get that $100 haircut like your friend DilIion. I don't know how you sleep at night. Lastly I think it's in poor taste to send me multiple emails as you're canceling out my future appointments I had.

I moved to Sarasota a year ago and was referred to Colette from my hair stylist in Michigan. I had gone to Suzi for 24 yrs and was extremely sad to leave. I was anxious to have a new hair stylist. My hair is very thin too. Well, my first visit was incredible in every way. The moment I stepped in to this gorgeous very clean salon and Collette said hello my anxieties diminished. She cut, colored and styled my hair and it looked fantastic. Better than it had in a long time! Collette is a true master stylist and I would recommend any adult to make an appointment with Collette.

This is THE cutest salon! I'm new to town and I'm SO GLAD I chose Top Knot for my hair. I had very unhealthy hair and after leaving Top Knot, my hair feels and looks amazing. I've already made my next appointment. Will not be going anywhere else!
