Been going here since they opened and I agee customer service is just not like it use to be. Asked a gentlemen yesterday ( question ) a lousy remark from him went to the front with my question and a young lady upfront ( maybe a manager who knows) same question and she looked my bluntly in the face and said to me " Its a digital world" Nice. Great customer service

I wrote a review and it got deleted. So I am writing from my verified local guide account to let everyone know about my terrible experience at this store.
THE MANAGER JIM HAS BERATED AND RUDELY CORRECTED HIS EMPLOYEES AND VENDORS MULTIPLE TIMES IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS to the point of complete disgust and secondhand embarrassment.
No wonder all the bad reviews are about him being rude to even customers. On top of the store being an absolute MESS every time I go in there, he has the audacity to make customers feel like a burden when we can’t find something.
Do better, Jim.

If you crave a craft beer this place is the best around ! I think they have every liquor you could imagine. They should have a map at the door it's so big.

I just left that store ( Sunday Feb 16 around 10:30 am ) . The store usually has a very good selection of just about everything one needs … one major exception . CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m referring here to an employee , he might be a manager as he confused competence with self importance . I don’t know his name , in late 50 building a bit heavy , perhaps that is his source of anger with the world . He is by far one of the most arrogant and unpleasant people you will meet . I want to enjoy my Sunday so I did not confront him today . I will not be that generous next time I see this as wipe there . With personality like that he should be confined to stock room and any other areas customers are not allowed .

Terrific selections and store people were friendly. Total wine has consistently good prices and an amazing selection. If you can't find it anywhere else try here. It's good to familiarize yourself with the layout otherwise you could be wandering around a good while looking for a particular item.
