Set a reservation and explained the reasons I wanted to pick up the truck there. They assured to me the truck will be there. However they changed the pick up location on day the day after anyways.
One of the ladies there was nice and try to help but the other one was really rude.

Set an appointment for a truck and trailer at the lockwood ridge branch. Was told I could get them both there and had a reservation. They called the day before and told me i need to pick up the truck in bradenton and trailer in Englewood. Terrible customer service

I had a great experience at this U-Haul location on Lockwood ridge! Katie has exceptional customer service, very kind. Service went smoothly, definitely recommend this location to anyone

This is NOT a U-Haul location - they will literally not help you drive your car onto a U-Haul trailer - like they won’t tell you if your tires are on the tracks. It’s apparently a liability for them. Waste of time going here. Don’t waste yours.

Tiana stupid as dirt. I called to change the truck size and she said because my husband phone number was on it I couldn't. I'm the one that held it on my card and made the reservation!!!!!

Please be ware! (This is probably the first negative review I have ever posted.) We reserved a U-Haul from Sarasota to Georgia for tomorrow a month ago only to call them today at 4pm to find out that there are no 26 foot trucks available. We have to drive 2 hours away and pick up a U- haul at another location at a set time after hours. When we got there at the agreed upon time, the app told us that the location only opens tomorrow at 10am and there was no way of us getting the truck. We have been on calls with U-Haul for close to 2 hours and have gotten no where. No one can help us. We are now driving back 2 hours to Sarasota and going to find another truck moving company for tomorrow when our lease ends. So please if you are reading this avoid U-Haul like the plague. I have never had such a horrific experience! Never mind that I am heavily pregnant with a toddler trying to pack and move house, this U-haul business has been hands down the worst part of the move. Please don’t make the same mistake we did!

I had a great experience. I went yesterday and thought I would have to use my phone which wasn't loading. But the nice gentleman working inside helped me out. Added extra time to my order. Got me on my way a little before my pick up time. And then when I dropped it off he got me out of there within 2 min. It was a great and perfect experience. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

The gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and helped us rent a U-Haul in a very short period of time, even though I had not reserved one prior to my visit. The office area was very clean and organized, with add-on products displayed very neatly.
