Inside service was excellent outside service again was very rude disrespectful and not very helpful. There’s an older gentleman and a heavier gentleman. Boat very disrespectful very short and have a hard time taking request inside help has always been excellent and extremely helpful and very easy to work with I wish I could find someone similar for the outside.

Normally, I come every week to fill my propane for my business this is the 3rd week they didn't have anyone who was qualified to fill the propane. If you have propane, you should make sure your staff is qualified I will not be back.

I’m 19 years old and have never once felt the need to go and leave a review on any business but I just had to with this place. I wanna start off by saying I got charged almost ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS, yes $1,000 on a $56 dolly rental that I returned 2 hours EARLIER than they needed me to. The attitude and energy everyone had in UHaul on Tamiami Trail was absolutely horrible, took about 20 minutes to get a single employee to recognize me and my buddy after they walked past us and around us probably 3 times. After an employee finally said something to us it seemed like they had almost no desire to help us at all, responding with one word answers and being very cut and dry. I am in the middle of disputing this charge right now for ALMOST ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS with UHaul representatives and the general manager, hoping they treat customers better than the people at this location did. Rent from this place at your own risk, would probably be better off at any other location.
