Overall very pleasant. However, had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the phone to be tested AFTER I came to pick up. Why? At intake it would have been easy to inform me that testing would take place and IF there is a passcode, you need it. You would have had the information you needed and my phone would have been ready on time.

I had my HP All in one computer screen repaired and the experience was very pleasant. The screen was cracked & since it’s an all in one it was either fix it or buy a new computer. Russell was the person who helped me and fixed it. The service was friendly, fast & transparent. Russell was very patient in talking to me about my options and answering all my questions. I would say the cost was very fair. I will use them again and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Tristin did an AWESOME job fixing my phone. I use my phone for work & cannot work without it. He drove to my house Monday morning and had my phone fixed in less than an hour. It was super easy and quick. Tristin was also very polite & professional. ☺️

Unethical, inferior materials, conflict of interest, don't really care about their customers. They would rather sell you insurance than do a good job.

This place is a rip off steer clear. They said they would call when part came in that never happened but they kept racking up charges on a automatic renewal service they told me was a one time charge

My phone screen stopped working. I ended up getting a new one with Verizon but not all of my data was transferred over. So, I brought it to get all of the data transferred. Louie went above and beyond and was able to fix the old phone so now I have a backup phone! Thank you again Louie! ?

I arrived at 6pm and they close @ 7pm. Louie was able to finish a repair and jump on mine . It got done at 6:35pm . Hector and Louie get 10 stars in my book . These guys are amazing! Recommend!!!!

The overall experience was very good. Asurion was able to fix my phone with minimal hassle. The only issue was that my new screen was not available at all Asurion locations. I had to wait about almost 2 weeks before it was available at a location close to me.

Russell was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, he was honest and forthcoming. He said it could take up to 3 hrs to fix my Samsung s21 with a cracked screen, but had it done in a little over an hour since we were waiting around the area for it. I would definitely recommend using this service. Thanks guys!
