Everytime I go into this ulta the workers are so amazing!! I went in earlier today, trying to find a new face wash, moisturizer and foundation. I feel like I’ve tried almost everything to rid my stubborn acne, and just when I was about to give up Finn gave me all the hope I needed! Finn helped me out majorly, was super kind, and easy to talk to. I was really happy leaving ulta today and I really appreciated all the help I got :-)

Went in today needing major helping getting makeup, I have no knowledge on products or much like that. One of the workers Denys was wonderful… she helped me with each product, putting it on for me, and explaining how it all works together… she was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Caitlin at the IT counter was amazing today! We were looking for color corrector for my daughter’s red skin and blemishes and she went above and beyond to find my daughter’s perfect skin tone match. She also applied the makeup wonderfully and my daughter had such confidence afterwards! Caitlin guided her as to how to use the makeup on her own and overall the trip was sooooo successful!! Way to go Caitlin!!

If I could leave a zillion stars I would. Aleah at the salon did my hair and makeup while I was in town. Let me just tell you, I have never felt prettier. I have gotten so many compliments and both lasted all night in an outdoor wedding which is no easy feat in Florida. I highly recommend Aleah for your hair and makeup needs. Plus, she’s honestly just a cool person all around. Say hi, you’ll make a friend 💜

The guy at the register was SUPER condescending, as someone in retail management if someone on my staff was talking about hinge and on their phone, he would be sent off the floor. Totally inappropriate for a staff member on the floor to be doing. Made several looks to the girl beside him as I discussed making plans with my friend. I’ve shopped here for many years but feel let down.

finn was an absolute delight and a bubbly soul. i had gone in with no make up knowledge, and they helped me find an easy, underwhelming routine, and simple products that I could use without forcing unnecessary ones! they color matched me on the first try, which is impressive in my opinion. would definitely recommend them for help!

Went here to their salon, I wish I could remember the darn hair dressers name, it was a young Hispanic lady who later quit and moved up state..but she did my daughters hair and at first..we were pleased .and even though she had no intention on listening to what we suggested..the color was fine so we went back..Big Mistake! She was suppose to go redken shade eq stormcloud on her hair but instead she walked out with copper!!!!!!! we stressed on each appt we did not want any red or gold or warm..this the stormcloud color..and I duno if she stylist just wanted to be a B ..h or what but when I picked my daughter up..she had copper hair!!!! The stylist said it should washout as all she did and had done in the past was use a gloss...and fastforward almost 6 months later..this stuff has not washed out and completely stained her blonde hair to now we have to find someone to lighten it again ( which was what we were trying to avoid we were promised it would wash out) and it's been a mess. Beware!!!!!!

Jurate did the most amazing job on my haircut + I truly felt that I was in the hands of an expert! I think this might be the first time in my life that I’ve walked out of any hair salon beaming from ear to ear, so major bravo to her for accomplishing the look I wanted to a T ❤️

Julio should be fired. stood for 5 minutes while there was a huge line of customers to be met with attitude picking up an online order, my mom was getting my order and was the pick up person and he made a big deal about it. Came back to the store 5 minutes later and the next lady that helped me had no problem and didn’t even check the id. So Julio was just rude and the person whose account this was under was on the phone and was able to present the id with the same address, etc which in the end didn’t even matter. Customer service should come first at ulta.
