Absolutely a joke of a management team!!! Willy has no clue what he is doing! I signed up for a $22 a month subscription and have been being charge over $38! They refuse to acknowledge their incompetence! And when asked for a corporate number they hang up on you!!

It’s not bad! Worth the money though I’d suggest not upgrading I feel it’s the same amount of time no matter what membership you have so save the money. No shade to vacuum or dry your car off. It’s convenient location. Vacuums are part of the price. People that work there are very friendly and keep the place clean and stocked with towels

My wife and I both have an Auto Spa Express membership. We both drive by every day on our way home from work and stop by for a wash. The employees are all friendly and helpful. I would have to say this is a great value, and I highly recommend!

Honestly a horrible car wash, went here after a road trip to get all the dead bugs off; it quite literally got none of them so this place is a giant waste of money. You’re better off going literally anywhere else. Also the water smells nasty, I know Florida uses reclaimed water but they could at least scent it like every other car wash around here.

Rip off! I’m new to the area and they are charging up to $25 for a $7 drive thru car wash. Everything else is do it yourself. The vacuums couldn’t even pick up the crumbs from my backseat. If you wanna spend $$$ on this do it yourself one stop shop than go for it. This is my first and last time here.

This is the Worst Carwash around!!! My Wife went to get her Car Washed on her Lunch Break and she paid $20 plus for a wash. Before she went through the wash she told the Employee that somehow her Back window never gets Cleaned. Instead of acknowledging her needs to get her window cleaned, he States Sorry we cannot help you with that. REALLY??? Whatever happened to Customer Service and the Customer is Always Right? What a Ripoff!!! We will NEVER go back here again!!!!

This place has free vacuums. The vacuums could use a little more suction. It also offers a variety of washes. You can also purchase a membership. I didn't get a membership yet, but I am considering it.

Most ridiculous car wash and management ever!!! My truck got scratched up so bad and faded. They won’t take responsibility please do yourself a favor and do not use this car wash!!!

I been coming here no problems until a few days ago, check your cars after car wash, my car was scratched on the roof after car wash, it was after storm so Idk if the brushed or something moved but it scratched the top of my car pretty bad. I noticed right away but they have a sign that they are not responsible for damage…

The car wash its self was ok.
The lady at the entrance was very nice and sweet! Then I went Into the car wash and the guy started it before I could even put the car into neutral. And it’s take a minute in my Tesla. So I had to struggle to do. All the while the belt kept pushing into the car. Like the dude started it as soon as I pulled in not even a second to wait.
The car wash it sled was ok. But the vacuums are absolutely garbage. They don’t suck anything up!!! So frustrating as the main reason I went here was for the vacuums.
Anyway if you need a vacuum don’t come here!
